I have been going to the family practice most of my life, visiting mostly one doctor. This practice would receive an excellent rating from me if I had to rate the doctors themselves! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and in the business of being a doctor for the right reasons! Sadly the reason they receive only a "Good" rating from me is that their office will issue you a guilt-trip letter for missing and not canceling your appointment. (Along with a fee) "you had and appointment scheduled in our office. You did not show for this appointment (and) - this is in bold and underlined - you did not call in advance to cancel it. When you do not cancel an appointment, you prevent another ill patient from being able to come in and receive treatment." This is a true statement from their office to me but with a busy life schedule sometimes I neglect to follow up with my doctors office. OOPS! But through the eyes of their billing office, apparently I am a bad bad person preventing others from receiving life saving care! shame on me! (sarcasm dripping through your screen here) I understand their point but the attempt at unprofessional guilt-trip through a form letter is over the top and unnecessary. The first bill was all I needed but sadly the additional guilt attempt letter makes me consider no longer taking my business to them.

Zero stars, Id give negative if I could. Long story short, the office staff was atrocious years ago and it appears they havent changed.....that or they only hire idiots. Im also not impressed with the Drs either. People need to get it together over there. Ill never go there, my husband wont nor will my kids and Ill also see about having the family I do have going there go else where. All around horrible. Save yourself a headache this place will surely cause.

I loved our doctor. Chuck Haver, However due to their office policies I will never return to the office. They refused to see my daughter for a well check and an ear infection check because they wanted to be able to bill the insurance company for two separate visits. This is craziness to me. A patient that has a busy schedule has to take 2 days when it could be avoided. It is Doctors Offices like this that contribute to the ridiculous prices of insurance.

We brought our toddler to Dr. Chen. He was extremely patient and helpful, even though the issue turned out to be minor. He really cares about his patients and is knowledgable about the healthcare system. We have recommended him to friends and family. My daughter enjoyed the visit and wanted to go again, despite feeling sick and shy.
