Rude! Rude! Rude! Bait and switch! Did not properly check insurance coverage. Went in for a routine eye exam. When I told them that I did not want to get my frames and glasses from them it became a medical appointment. The Dr never told me that I had a medical issue. They never went through Eye Med which is my eye care insurance along with Humana. Dr. Becker reminded me of Meryl Streep in the "Devil Wears Prada" and her Minion whom called herself her Assistant was extremely rude. After all of this I went to the front desk and was given a different bill for more money!

I am having a difficult time getting an erroneous charge removed from my account. I will update should this issue be resolved although it has gone on for months now. Calls and letters seem to do no good.

Dr. Becker was pleasant and very thorough with the exam. She explained and answered all of my questions and concerns. The staff is nice and friendly. They have a nice selection of eyeglass frames also.
