They are rude and nasty. I called trying to schedule a appointment and they were so rude. They said my insurance ID number was incorrect and referred me to call my insurance company and the medical assistant office. I called and on their end everything was good to go. Then the lady I was on the phone with kept saying it was incorrect but it wasnt because I made other appointments. I asked her to direct me to someone else. He was also rude and nasty. I told him my side of the story but he kept cutting me off, and he sounded like he was bothered. I was going to USA eyecare for years and this wasnt a issue. I said to him Ill have to look somewhere else since you guys arent helping then he hung up the phone. This place is rude, nasty and mean! Everyone who works there is mean and treats you like trash. I work with customers all the time and I never treat them like I was treated today. Customer service is important and if you can treat the people who make your business happen like trash you will lose business!

Ive never in my life had such a bad experience until I had gone to this place. So unprofessional! The whole staff was ridiculous! The girls there have no manors and very unprofessional. Nobody, including the doctor ever explained anything to me! Just would always tell me to go pick out a frame. I was only going there because they accepted my insurance. A friend of mine told me about Americas best and they offered VERY affordable glasses with a free eye exam! I went there yesterday and will NEVER step foot in USA Eyecare again! I wish I would have known this years ago! I was so very pleased with the staff at Americas best, their prices, no waiting time, variety of glasses. I would NEVER recommend USA Eyecare to anyone! Horrible place and staff!!!!

HORRIBLE!! This place is the most unprofessional optical office Ive ever seen in my life. As a pregnant and married 22 year old woman the Optometrist only addressed my mother about MY prescription for contacts because he assumed I was a pregnant teen and even gave her MY paperwork to sign. Not only that but the receptionists there have no clue about anything in the office and often times misinform customers about prices, fees and services... I will be reporting this place to the better business bureau.

Worst experience I ever had. There was a issue with my insurance instead of them trying to figure out what can be wrong they were quick to say its not working , unprofessional theyll eat right in front of you instead of taking it to the back the Spanish lady and African American lady need to be fired because the have no customer service skills what so ever they dont greet you when you walk in , just horrible the doctors need to hire new respectable people to work with them ! Never again

This is the worst place disrespectful employees,my wife and I both got glasses from there and months later we went back so I can get a new nose pad and my wife needed hers straightened out, well they fixed mine with no problem but told my wife she never got her glasses there. Now Im gonna find somewhere else for my business.

Dont buy contacts there. If you dont get your exam there, they dont back them up when they are defective and irritate your eyes. The doctor wont even look at your eyes. Horrible place.
