Lisa Cain is an amazing eyecare professional. I came here to get a prescription insert for my sunglasses, and Lisa was a great help. She took my measurements herself, rather than just trusting me to a machine, and was very accommodating with getting the work done, since I was from out of town. She also gave me useful advice, from what lenses to get for my sunglasses, to keeping a copy of my prescription in my wallet in case I lose my glasses while on vacation. When I had a problem with my insert, I gave her a call, and she told me how to fix it. It turned out her work was perfect, and it was my old glasses from Walmart that were poorly made and had screwed up my eyes.

The doctor here is very professional and caring. The receptionist and glasses specialist is sub-par. If they are at all busy, they expect you to call them back, instead of offering the basic customer service of calling you back when they are free. I will not be returning.
