I called to asked if they accepted a specific insurance. When the call was answered, I was immediately placed on hold for 6 plus minutes. I had to hang up and call back for a 2 second answer. Im happy theyre not the only choice in the Harrisburg area. I encourage them to work on phone etiquette to delivery overall quality service. Perhaps they should consider staffing up.

I cant see myself going back. The staff was brisk and left me feeling unwanted, the doctor, Pham, was less than informative. In the end my Blue Cross co-pay was $40 and I was charged another $35 just for the paper script. The front desk staff said they would bill Blue Cross for the rest - $215. And then they wanted to schedule a return visit in a year! I think not!

Staff who answers the phone is very short and kinda rude. They treat people as if "You should already know" how things work. Unfortunately, my daughter has to go back. I dont want to start the process over with getting her Cornea Abrasion taken care of.

Ive been going here for four years. I highly recommend this practice. They are efficient, courteous, and thorough. Ive always gotten in and out in a timely manner. Ive found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The place is clean and sanitary.

Ive been a patient for many years and I have had good service throughout the years. In the more recent years, Ive been a patient of Dr. Zimmerman. Her patient care is superb!!! I recommend Premier Eye Care Group 100%.

Staff is courteous. Check in was quick. Wait was minimal for the exam. Order glasses and got them within a day or two. Highly recommend.
