If you have a job, another appointment or a family that needs picked up at daycare look elsewhere. The office does not do a good job of respecting your time. My first visit was scheduled for 2, unbeknownst to me they moved me to 3 without a courtesy call. When I said no problem I can just come back I was told I had to wait or give up appointment. I was there for 2 and a half hours only to see the doctor for a total of 5 minutes. I had a follow up for tomorrow, I called this morning to confirm my time. Due to scheduling I have my 9 month old. I asked how long the appointment would take and I was told about an hour and half even though I had a 10 oclock appointment. The person said "well you get behind people that want to tell their life story and things back up, you know how doctors offices are" I asked if there was a time I could schedule an appointment where I didnt have to wait to see the doctor for over an hour and she said nothing. If you value your time consider somewhere else because they will not.

I hear its the best place for LASIK. Besides that, they take very long to service you. Receptionist are not the brightest and look like they hate their job. They look like they dont want to help you when you ask them a question or call them. Ive gotten the wrong information several times as to when my contacts or glasses would come in. There are plenty of other places that are friendly and knowledgeable to get your basic eye care. No offense to old people, but I think one of the reasons why they are always so behind is because the office is always PACKED with elderly people. The optometrists are very professional though. The girl with the short hair who works in the front shop for glasses has an attitude most of the time Im there and if shes having a bad day will take it out on you.

LASIK eye surgery is something I knew I wanted to do for a long time. When I knew I was finally able to afford it, I knew I wanted to get it done by a doctor who was highly regarded and had a staff that made the whole process a no-brainer. I definitely found that with Dr. Chotiner and the Memorial Eye Institute. I had my surgery last June and have been in constant amazement ever since! I couldnt believe the difference! I now have the ability to live a more active lifestyle and see things I never could before. Thank you so much for everything and keep up the great work! Your professionalism and courteous staff are a refreshing change of pace and I applaud you for it!

I gone here since they opened their practice. I had Dr. Bennet Chotiner first and now see Dr. Erick Chotiner his son. I know all the nurses and other helpers and theres not a constant turnover. There are all the originals I stated with and of course many more. Theyve improved wait time. It used to be a whole day a fair. They also remodeled and changed several of the areas. I think it helped with the flow of being see. Dr. Chotiner was the first to screwed my MS. Nobody back in 1984 could figure it out. I had cataract surgery and lasix surgery. Im very pleased with Memorial Eye Institute.

I have had LASIK, an ICL, and cataract surgery all performed by Dr. Erik Chotiner. Each procedure was painless and successful. I am thankful for the excellent care I received. Wait times for appointments can be lengthy but I feel the returns are worth it! Just ask in advance what to expect!

I had Lasik here and it was fantastic. Ive been back for several follow ups, and Ive never had any issues. Im not sure why the other reviewers had such bad experiences, but I didnt encounter any wait issues. Facebook ratings are much higher: 4.6/5.

The doctor and clinical staff did an excellent job medically. PLUS, they were always courteous and patient with my 90+ year old father who has some dementia. The office atmosphere is very pleasant.

They cheat you. You pay for the Co pay and send a bill for extra that you already paid for. Sloppy work from the billing
