Highly recommend this office for eyecare. Dr. Garr is clear , frank and to the point in giving you her opinions. I have found the staff friendly and competent and very importantly they have been there for the entire period I have been using this office for my eyecare ...over 5 years for sure..which suggests they are happy there. I am nervous about all doctors for a variety of reasons but I am not here.

I have been coming to this practice in the past 5 years and would recommend it to anyone looking for an eye care doctor. Dr. Garr is very professional, friendly, and courteous addressing all questions from patients. Staff is also friendly and offer excellent customer service. Location and appointment times are also very convenient for people working in downtown DC.
