I was seen in the office on Feb. 25, 2014 for an eye exam for contacts. Dr. King was very nice but the service is bad. I stopped by a week and a half later to ask about my contacts in person. No one looked in my file just looked to see if the contacts had come in. I was just told they were not in as of yet. I called back today March 14,2014 and was told that the order had not been placed as of yet because the Dr. King didnt complete the notes. The office would call me back on Tuesday after talking to the doctor. My point the person who orders the contacts should had followed up with Dr. King. This is poor customer service. This will be my first and last time going to this office.
