My experience was the same as the other reviewer. I have gone there for years and do like the doctors, however the scheduling and billing staff leave a lot to be desired. I have had scheduling issues more than once. Once I showed up for my appointment (after taking time off work) and they told me they didnt have me scheduled. There have been multiple billing issues as well. They now out-source the billing which improved nothing. I had them debate Davis Vision coverage for a contact exam when I HAD THE COVERAGE OUTLINE with me. They ultimately refunded the credit card, but only AFTER I had to get Davis involved making calls to them. It was ridiculous. Fortunately Davis was very good to deal with. The facility is nice, but dont get sucked in . . . you will likely regret it. I made the switch this fall to another doctor. Funny, I post the same negative review a few months ago after the last straw and it seems to have disappeared. Hopefully this one stays for others.

We continue to be frustrated with Kilmores billing process. They have made it so hard to contact one person and get an answer it almost feels like a pyramid scheme. We have been going here for years and over those years there has been one billing issue after another. First it was we lost our credit card payment and they want us to pay again 6 months later; next it was sorry I see youve already paid we are going through an office change bare with us; now they have a new process which includes talking to three different people to find totals, payments, account history. And all this while Kilmore threatens to send me to the credit bureau. Id like to do the same with them. Its such a shame because we do like Dr. Hurshburger and we will miss him as we are now looking for a new eye doctor.

Always happy with my experience with Kilmore Eye Associates. Easy in, easy out. The doctors are always very nice and helpful. My dr. (Dr. Hershberger) is a great guy.
