Would not recommend. I havent been able to schedule an appointment with my actual doctor for well over a year. Any time I call expressing a need or concern they tell me they dont have any appointments, even with a nurse practitioner. I need a refill on my prescription immediately and they wont refill until I come in for a visit. I expressed my extreme frustration with the fact that Ive never been able to schedule a visit (especially since theyve merged and now have even less availability) and instead of apologizing for their poor service, they claimed it was my fault for not coming in. Absurd. My experience with this place is not the only negative one I know of. I have talked to many other patients who also feel that their needs are not valued enough to be met immediately or even taken seriously. I know of another woman who was dealing with very serious and scary health issues and she said did not receive the timely communication she deserved and she felt mocked by a practitioner for her health concerns. This place is a joke and I will be switching doctors very soon.

Today was my first experience with Pinnacle Healths primary care. Fisher Road family practice of Pinnacle Health exceeded my expectations! I was shocked with how timely they were, organized and on top of my care. Dr. Heidi Hutchinson is fantastic, personable, and super sweet. She answered all of my questions and spent an extended amount of time with me. She is amazing! This practice was clean, and allowed for a great patient experience. Thank you Pinnacle Health! I will definitely continue with Pinnacle!

Think twice about going to a practice in the Pinnacle Health Network! Although my doctor, Dr. Schwartz is excellent, Shepherdstown Family Practice, now under Pinnacle Health is terrible!!!!! I have had incredible difficulties with a renewal prescription being taken care of because the practice is getting too large and they are giving responsibilities to third parties.
