I had surgery on three of my toes when I only ask him to do two toes a few yours ago and dr burton katzon made my foot look worse and feel painful.. I didnt have foot problems when I went to him I just wanted my hammer toes fixed, but having him fix the problem he made matters worse and know I have to spend thousands of dollars to fix what he destroyed smh!!..please do not patronize this doctor he just care about the money and not your feet trust me Im living proof. I didnt want to give any stars but had to to write this review...I wish I could show pictures!!

I strongly believe that when people don’t get what they want just the way they want it, they give bad reviews. This is a physician people not a restaurant! I found the staff polite and professional. Dr. Katzen explained the problem and necessary surgery clearly and concisely. The surgery was quick and easy. I will admit I heard what I wanted regarding recovery it’s taken longer than I expected. Also, the office is a bit dated. But overall not a bad experience.

Didnt even get to the office to experience the crappy customer service. The girl who answered the phone hung up on me after I told her I couldnt accept the appointment date. No attempt at accommodation or suggestion of another time, just click. I would have been a new patient but Im glad a dodged that bullet.
