I come in and wait for 2 hours and people coming in for appointments an hour after mine went in and left before I even got in the door. I came in for back pain and an std check. I mentioned I have anxiety and after I said that the doctor didnt even check if I had a bad back he told me it was anxiety based. He didnt give me any orthopedic doctors names or anything! The only thing I did that was productive was get blood work done for the STDs and its like dude. I can tell you barely even tried to make an effort. It reminded me of a bad clinic from a movie. Im taking my blood test results and once I do that Im going to change my health care provider. I had to change my health care provider just to see him in the first place. And my anxiety is so bad I didnt even consider what was going on until I left. I feel like only if your Hispanic or of African american decent or African then maybe he would have given more effort but Im white as snow and Jewish as Howard stern and I just cant trust this dude. Please, please avoid this clinic! My mother went there with Flu like symptoms and I requested to get tested for the flu, the doctors response was " Oh, sorry but we dons have the kit to do that kind of test". This is a medical clinic it only takes 10 min to get the results for the flu, not sure how they are seeing patients without testing them, specially around this time of the year. Anyhow, the wait time is RIDICULOUS!! We arrived at 11:30 am did not leave the office until 5:30 pm, I was better off on going to the hospital. The staff is rude and dont care for patient service. I was given antibiotics when I dont have an infection, I have the flu. Doctor is giving medication left and right without the proper diagnosis. Please save your time and money and avoid going to this place.
