One of the reviews highlights the experience with the receptionist at the clinic. The receptionist is described as slow and rude, taking up to 20 minutes to check someone in. The review also mentions concerns about privacy, as the small waiting room allows other patients to overhear personal information.
The reviews indicate a mixed experience when it comes to doctor-patient interactions. Some patients felt that the doctors were dismissive and did not listen to their concerns. For instance, one patient mentioned that the doctor did not adequately address her health symptoms and was more focused on recommending birth control options.
On the flip side, there are also positive reviews about the doctors. One patient praised Dr. K for being very positive and the nurses for being nice. This patient had switched from Signature's Columbia office and found the Sykesville location to be much better in terms of service.
The phone service at the clinic is described as "awful," particularly between 4 and 6 pm. However, it's noted that doctors do call back pretty quickly.

I had the same docs in Columbia. I moved to Eldersburg and I still have my same doc and I am happy with her. The 3 stars is for the receptionist. Ive been to this location 4 times and the receptionist is slow and I think I dont get seen when Im supposed to because it takes her 20 mins to check someone in. She wont let you sit down and fill out the forms and I swear no other doctors office wants to see my insurance card and license every single time I go in. I was here last week why the hell do you need my insurance card again??!!!! It is also a small waiting room and all the people in the room can hear you talking to her so they know all my info. I didnt need those people to know where I live, where I want to get my prescriptions and when my last period is. She is also rude. Very very rude. I didnt want to recite my phone number for everyone to hear so I wrote it down and pointed to it and she didnt seem to understand what my problem was. When I told her she rolled her eyes. I think I will just keep driving out to Columbia.

Ive had concerns about health symptoms this past year as they have changed and are affecting my daily life. I also found a lump that I wanted the doctor to look at to make sure it was normal. The doctor was dismissive and didnt listen to what I was saying. She really wanted me on a IUD or birth control even though that wasnt a concern of mine or why I came for the visit. She did hear me somewhat as I tried to bring up about my concern of not being heard and some other red flags I got in some bloodwork this past year by ordering some tests but didnt look at that lump I was worried about. Told me it was most likely a hair follicle without even ever seeing what I was trying to show her. Seemed like she knew everything without taking the time to look, listen, or find fact to her conclusion.

I had used Signatures Columbia office ( which was abysmal, but very centrally located) but switched offices when we moved and this one is SO MUCH better. Their phone service is still awful ( dont even try between 4 and 6 pm or hope that the attendant will get you much in the way of immediate answer, but your doctor will call back pretty quickly), but I love Dr. K, who is always very positive, even in the worst of situations, and the nurses are always so nice. This office also is better about running one-time compared to the Columbia. If only theyd fix the phone issue.

The doctor I saw did not take the time to listen to me, just arrogantly made suggestions.
