Dr. McCracken is a truly great Dr. My waiting time was very short, the staff was friendly. I have gone to see him several times and have not had any service less than perfect. He made me feel comfortable, was personable, and I was completely satisfied. I have already referred several co workers and friends to him and plan on continuing to do so.

When I made my appointment for both me and my daughter for Dr Jeffies, I was told specifically that she was in network for my insurance. Turns out she was only in network for my daughter, not me. Now Im stuck with a bill that I didnt expect. Youre billing office has been really helpful and workable since then and I really appreciate it.
