DR MARROW IS THE BEST. STAFF NEEDS MAJOR ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT. Dr. Marrow is the only reason Im not leaving "very dissatified"..She was very friendly, personable, took time to explain everything in detail. Everything was fast and painless. She is one of the most caring Dr.s Ive ever been to. I almost left the office when I walked in, due to the rude and stuck up attitude of the front desk. I didnt even get greeted. She handed me an ipad thing and said "here ya go", with no explaination of what to do with it. Luckily Im tech saavy and had no problems. Then, Im called back by a guy who had ZERO personality and acted as if he had better things to do. Not sure why you want such an awful front desk staff at your business. I spent several years working with consultants in office settings and your staff needs some serious work. Luciky, I had such a great experience with Dr. Marrow I made an appointment for my husband. I of course, had to warn him the staff is rude and arrogant, but he will be happy with Dr. Marrow. Seriously, get yourselfs together.

I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to fit me in at the Mesa location the following day at a time that was convenient for me. Scheduling staff was very friendly, and staff at sign-in was as well. I saw Rebecca Morrow for a full body scan, and she was so great - I have already recommended my sister schedule an appointment with her. She was very friendly, thorough, and answered any and all of my questions. I had several concerning moles that she removed and sent for a biopsy. The removal process was very quick and painless, and she thoroughly explained the process once I left that day as to when I would be notified of the results and next steps depending on the results. I greatly appreciated how personable, knowledgeable and genuine she was. Its hard to find providers that genuinely seem to care about the patient, and I definitely felt that from her. Would highly recommend others booking an appointment with Rebecca Morrow for dermatology needs!

Upon arriving at my 1st appointment, I encounter a VERY NASTY, RUDE, INCONSIDERATE Front desk receptionist NIKKI!. Next I was seen by PA Rebecca Morrow, Who informed me she would review my medical records & proceed with necessary treatment. Then I called the office week later & no one has sent off for my records & I was informed that Drs & Pa doesnt contact/nor return patients calls (per Rebecca m.a).Finally, I get in & she informed me that she has just received my medicals records (Thxs to me for calling). Then as she stood in front of me with RED BLOOD SHOT EYES GLOSSY & ALL. That she reviewed my medical records from one office & due to the FACT THAT OFFICE DOES TONS OF RESEARCH & SHE WILL JUST AGREE WITH THEM & SHE DOESNT NEED TO REVIEW MY OTHER MEDICAL RECORDS EVEN IF I WAS GIVING A DIFFERENT DIAGNOSIS!

Not certain about the doctor. Never met em. No understanding from staff regarding unexpected lateness. Had to wait more than a month for the first appointment. Now I have to wait a month to make another... if I wanted another appointment. Cant even put me down on a wait list and call if a cancellation. They expect me to call everyday hoping to catch a cancellation. I explained the mistake on my end and no concern or willingness to help or accommodate in anyway. Yes I was a little late but does that mean you cant be understanding and helpful? I seriously drove 20 mins to get there and stuck in traffic even longer. I will definitely not be going to this doc for any medical needs and recommend others avoid as well.

Im pretty unhappy with these people. I got a referral to them from my primary care to fix a painful ingrown toenail. I scheduled my appointment and had to wait a week to be seen. The day before my appointment they called me and said they had to cancel my appointment because they dont accept my insurance. Why did they not tell me this when I scheduled my appointment a week ago? Now Ive waited a week for nothing and have to find another doctor. Absolutely horrible experience, thank you for wasting a week of my time and causing me to be in pain for longer than I should be.

Office people are extremely rude has become a big business the doctor has no say in anything. I was promised when I came back it would not be an office visit but just follow up and I would not have to pay then I was charged when I came back. I was lied to and the Doctor had no say in the matter I was rudely told by Yadira. I would not recommend this place I will not go back

Went for a skin condition that I had for months. I wasnt able to see the doctor, just a new PA. They scraped skin for lab test but did not return my calls about the results. The prescribed a medication that was over $9,000 and not covered by insurance. No amount of politeness or good bedside manners can make up for poor physician care. Period!

Ladies up front are rude and have a could care less attitude. The dermatologist seems unknowledgable. And they NEVER answer their phone. I told them this and and all the lady could say was "well everyone else who calls doesnt complain". Dont waste your time or money at this place.

Dr. Morrow was excellent and i couldnt be any happier. Im not fond of going to see doctors of any kind and I felt super comfortable with Dr. Morrow and thought she did a great job in dealing with my cyst and if i have any other issues she will be asked for and recommended

We were there a good hour and a half after appt before we were seen. I understand 20 minutes but over 30 is ridiculous and unprofessional, especially when Im not being informed of whats going on.

Had appointment at 3:30, came before that. But the assistant came in at 4pm.The provider came at 4:30pm .
