I despise the employees at the Draper location. They dont have the slightest clue what they are doing, and I do not think any of them have received any type of education or formal training whatsoever. They told me I would see drastic results by my 6th appointment, and by my 6th my legs looked the exact same. There was absolutely no change. One of the employees said that corporate would give me my money back, then when I asked about that at the next appointment they told me they didnt do that. They would put me on a different laser and then at the next appointment tell me I was on the wrong laser and had to cancel my appointment that day, just to re-schedule for a month later. So I drove 20 minutes to get there, and waited in the lobby to be helped for 15 minutes, only for them to tell me I was scheduled for the wrong laser and they couldnt do anything to help me that day. I could go on and on about the bad experiences Ive had there. If you are going to go with American Laser Centers, I at least recommend going to the downtown Salt Lake location.

Completely shady business! I went in to check out pricing on a small area and spent the next 30 minutes getting pitched on all of their "special savings" that were ending that day. I was was very verbal about my disinterest in any of these other areas and just wanted pricing on the area of interest. Upon agreeing to recieve laser treatment on the one area I realized just how much I couldnt afford it and called them right back. They assured me that it had been cancelled and taken care of. You can imagine my surprise when a couple weeks later I recieved my first bill--and for the sum of ALL those services that she had tried to sell me on that day that I never ONCE agreed to! I never agreed to any treatment, much less several. Its been a nigthmare trying to get this resolved with any of them and trying to avoid the massive credit damage its likely to have on me. VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE.

I cant even begin to describe the problems I had here. Hair removal isnt even permanent and they told me it was, not to mention it didnt even work. I still had all my hair after I was done so I went through 2 years of pain for nothing, but they wouldnt give me my money back or let me come in for another year for touch ups like they said I would. They told me they would put me on a "payment plan" what they didnt say is that it was a CC and I was charged up the wahoo in interest. It was almost impossible to pay off! Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

When I complained because the Vela Smooth was too painful, they refused to give me my money back for the future services I had purchased in a package. No where did it state that there was no refunds. They force you to purchase the services in a package and pay up front, but when you experience it and realize it is not for you, there is nothing you can do. The Vela Smooth does not work. Its a total gimmick to steal your money. You wont see results and it hurts terribly.

Draper Manager, lied and conned me into purchasing huge packages, when I could no longer afford the Care credit payments, I asked for a refund, Id only had 3 sessions. She dodged and dived and eventually just started ignoring my calls. I have paid $6000 for nothing. I literally have gotten nothing for the money I spent. She is a shark, and will lie straaight to your face with a big smile.

I had several laser procedures and was left with white spots where they had damaged the melanin in my skin. They pretend to care about their customers but it is only about the money. I suggest going somewhere else
