I went in to Dr Lines for a skin cancer screening on June 6th and he found two pre-cancer spots and froze them off, one on my arm and one under my left eye. The spot on my left eye cause swelling so I stayed home from work the following day. Because I drive a commercial truck, I needed a doctors note to return to work after the swelling went down. When I called Dr Lines on the phone afterwards for a return to work note, he stated that if he had to write doctor notes for all his patients that thats all hed been doing. He was rude and uncooperative for a simple doctor note for my work. Ill be looking for a different dermatologist.

Will NOT BE RETURNING! I had to have blood work done to start acutane and then set up a appointment to then receive the medication. My blood work came back in a negitive state. Instead of dr. Lines office giving me a call to let me know that I would not be given the medication due to my blood work they had me come in and pay a ridiculous co-pay to tell me that. I also always end up sitting in the waiting room 30 minutes past my scheduled time. I find Dr. Lines to be annoying and repetitive as if I dont understand anything he is trying to "discuss" with me. If I could give him a no star rating I would.

Dr. Lines is wonderful! He is very knowledgeable and really knows what he is doing! Dr. Lines diagnosed "melanoma in situ" skin cancer on my face where another dermatologist had missed it. His office staff is very organized and friendly. I feel comfortable asking him any question I may have, and he explains the answers very clearly. Dr. Lines is the best!

Dr Ruskin Lines is literally the best doctor I have ever used. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains things well. I have used him for several years now and for different issues. My wife has also used him and she loves him as well. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Lines.

Terrible service, not time efficient nor does he have effective service. His treatments do not help temperally or in the long run. He doesnt give his patients time to talk and when they speak he does not want to understand them.
