Visits to the dentist and hygienist arent as dreadful b/c ppl at AICO dental are knowledgable, kind, professional, and extremely skillful. There is little to no wait for my appt. It takes no more than 1hr to get in and out of the office. Most importantly, the hygienist (for my regular cleanings) is very thorough and gentle...she gets all if not most of the plaque and stain on my teeth and no accidentally chipping my tooth (like my previous hygienist at another clinic). Usually I am afraid of sensitivity and pain when getting my cleaning done, which is obviously inevitable, but it is much more tolerable at AICO dental. Overall, great dental clinic and staff! Highly recommend!

I just love Dr. Aico and her staff!! Anyone apprehensive about dentistry would find her practice the perfect fit for their concerns. Over the years, Dr. Aico and staff have done regular maintenance, cleaning, and veneers with me. All done gently, beautifully and without any pain. I NEVER have to wait more than two to three minutes for any appointment and am warmly and professionally welcomed by her and her friendly staff. I would highly recommend her practice to anyone with high expectations for quality, family dentistry.

The is the Best Dental Office I have Ever Been to! I have very sensitive gums and I have never had a cleaning that didnt hurt. Until today! Kelly is fantastic! And then Dr. Aico (with help from Tiffany & Karen) did the prep work for my first crown, and it was a breeze. She is so gentle and supportive and explained every step. And they were all careful and thorough to make sure everything was done absolutely right. I wished I lived in Cleveland, because I would never go anywhere else.

Will most likely not be returning. It was my first time going to this place and the lady was very harsh with my cleaning. Its like she had no idea how to be gentle. She also did not do a thorough cleaning and I went home and brushed and flossed my teeth afterwards. Dr. Aico speaks to you like youre a child in an excruciatingly high pitched voice. I told them of some problem areas of mine and they barely bothered to address them. Would not recommend until they change their staff.

A month ago, I had my first major dental work done and what an amazing experience that was.....I was referred to Dr. Aico Watanabe for the assessment and she ultimately completed the procedure till the end and I cant express my thanks enough for her professionalism and expertise on my dental implant. Not only was it painless, her caring nature saw me through it all. Her office team are extremely friendly which made my visit also enjoyable. Thanks for everything Dr. Watanabe!!!

So, I am now finished with my invisaligns and I have to say I am so pleased with the results, Im ecstatic. My teeth are nice and straight now. Dr. Watanabe was extremely patient with me throughout the whole process. I would say she went way above and beyond. To anyone whos ever been afraid to go to the dentist I would say do not hesitate to go see Dr. Watanabe, she is a true caring professional. To this day Im still recommending people to her. I was nervous at first about finding a new dentist, not anymore. The atmosphere when first walking in is updated and nice. The staff is courteous and patient. Although my interaction with the doctor was brief, she was pleasant, and confirmed what the dental hygienist had already established. The place is clean and equipment all looks like it is top of the line current stuff. I would absolutely recommend this service. I will return in 6 months for my next check-up.

My experience at Aicos DDS was fenomenal. All of the staff members were very helpful and organized. I went in for a invisiline consultation and had some X-rays done. I was in and out in less than 30 min. Dr. Aico was thorough with her explaination of how the invisiline treatment works. For example, she explained the pros and cons about using invisiline. I have my follow up appointment in a few weeks and Im looking forward to it.

The lady is a quack. Insurance card given to staff and estimate requested. Then billed 3 times the estimate with an apology. 4 fillings done, pain from one filling after the procedures, evaluated and told nothing we can do, second opinion from another dentist found she had cracked one of the teeth doing the filling. Only doing business to see how much she can milk out of the client and the insurance. QUACK

This by far is the best dentistry establishment Ive encountered! If youre looking for a great family dentist, this is definitely the place to frequent! That staff at the westlake location are very friendly and super professional! They were even great with my 2yr. Old. Everyone was so comforting; he surprisingly wasnt afraid to get in the chair!! Thanks so much for the service! My teeth feel great!!!

As a new patient, I was able to get a next day appointment for a cleaning. After x-rays, I explained how I recently broke a molar. They went out of their way to fix it for me before I left. Fast, efficient, friendly staff even goes out of theyre way to talk to insurance companies insisting they need to cover more. You cant ask for better service. I highly recommend them!
