I moved to the area earlier this year and picked this dentist based on the reviews and that it was in network. I had three services with them and no issues. However, I strongly encourage everybody who has been here to check their statements and confirm with their insurance that they were not overcharged. They have now sent me two invoices requesting payment which have been beyond the amount that my insurance allows as a charge, the amount that is supposed to be a write off for the dentist. The first time I took it as a mistake, the second time I no longer believe it is an error. I had several phone calls and emails back and forth arguing the balance. I spoke with both of my insurance companies confirming that I dont owe anything. The office finally conceded claiming it was a "mistake". When I asked how many people they do this to they ensured that the mistake would have eventually been caught. So apparently it is common practice to demand payment that isnt actually due and I am supposed to believe it would have been returned?! They didnt realize this mistake until after I outlined it for them and this was after the bill due date. Unacceptable practice, and I personally dont believe it. If this "mistake" happened on 2 out of 3 of my visits I am more than willing to bet it happens quite often. My advice is to check with your insurance companies before you make any payments to this business.

I have been seeing Dr. William Bennett for over 25 years, beginning when he had taken over Dr. Millers practice in Lakewood. He is professional, yet down to earth, with a great sense of humor! I have recommended him a number of times. The apple doesnt fall far from the tree, as his son, Dr. Jamie is also the best! He is kind and gentle, and great at easing any anxiety by patiently explaining all procedures. The state-of-the art equipment, text message reminders, and social media posts are all great benefits of this practice. The entire staff is wonderful; friendly, knowledgeable, caring and accommodating. Finally, the icing on the cake is their beautiful, warm and inviting home decor, courtesy of Dr. Bills talented wife, Mary!

After moving to Ohio I needed to find a dentist for myself and my son, and after one visit here I knew we were set. The office is beautiful and well kept, and the staff is friendly and organized. Dr. Jamie is easy to talk to, happy to explain and answer questions, and is fantastic with kids. Appointment reminders are sent via text, making them easy to confirm, which is a nice bonus. Kris has gone out of her way to find a plan that would work best for me to restore the health of my teeth and gums, and I can honestly say that they are in the best shape theyve been in years. And my son has had nothing but good experiences, making trips to the dentist much easier.

Needed to find a new dentist after moving here a couple years ago. The Bennett Family practice came highly recommended to me, and they are exactly as advertised -- and exactly what i was looking for in a dental group -- professional and clean, with state-of-the-art technology. But most of all they are friendly (and fun), from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. On a smaller note, Im also a big fan of their appointment reminder software, which for whatever reason, seems to be better than other systems out there.

Recommended to me by a co-worker. By far, the best experience I have had with a dentist. Its a father-son dentistry, which I really like. He was honest and walked me through the entire treatment plan to make sure I understood. His philosophy is to not cause structural damage to your teeth, if he doesnt have to. He gave me very good preventative advice. I will be going back!

Bennett family Dental is outstanding , When I feel i have become just a run of the mill patient, I have to move on. Not so with Bennett Dental, from my very first visit to years later I am still treated with " youre important to us. " Westlake did not see so far for me from Cleveland but it is a hike, but I will not go anywhere else.
