We had our appointment today at Brunswick KiDDs. I could cry Im so happy. I was so so nervous and felt sick to my stomach. I watched videos on their YouTube channel and thought there was no way Dr. Milton was in person like in video. But from the moment I met him it was like talking to a friend and not a doctor. He is every bit as nice and funny and welcoming in person as he seemed in his videos. The girls in the office we so nice and helpful. He listened to my concerns. I knew my daughter had a lip tie and was worried about a possible tongue tie. He checked for a tongue tie and gave us wonderful advice. He could have clipped the tongue but it really wasnt necessary. When is the last time a doctor tried to tell you not to have unnecessary work done? It wasnt about adding extra things to bill it was about what was best for my baby. She really only needed the lip tie lasered. I was nervous about all of the breastfeeding information and felt like I would be treated differently because we werent able to stick with it. I felt guilty enough on my own and feared they would make me feel worse. But dr. Milton was so nice about it. My daughter has gastrointestinal issues as well that made it harder and he got that. I also was afraid to talk to the lactation consultant, as Ive had bad experiences with a couple we saw locally. But Lisa was so wonderful and just as understanding as Dr. Milton. Everyone was so knowledgeable. And nice. My daughter fell asleep right after. She was pretty fussy when Dr. Milton came to take her but before he was even around the corner she was settled and he was great with her. We got home and her first feed was excellent. No sucking in air. Got a good latch on the bottle and no formula streaming out everywhere. I wish we lived closer so the kids could see him regularly. Heck I wish he could be my dentist. It was a wonderful experience and i am one happy mama.

Staff was very nice. Hygienist and both dentists spent a lot of time answering questions and there wasnt any air of judgement. I was so pleased and comfortable with our visit, I scheduled appointments for the rest of my kids on the way out. *Update* All five of my children had their cleanings and the staff handled our large family flawlessly! They accommodated the chaos we inevitably bring and where any other dentist/dental staff would have requested siblings out of the room, kiDDS did not. I think the open-door exam room policy assures you that they have nothing to hide. They were caring, understanding and took their time with my kiddos: ages 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10. They were flexible with options for treatment, as well. We experienced Dr. Milton and Dr. Brittany. Dr. Milton is always kind and has a very calm demeanor. Dr. Brittany performed diagnostics and actually performed some dental work for my shy 4 year old today. Dr. Brittany is very professional, but not too stuffy. I was absolutely confident that I was putting the care of my child in capable hands. She and her assistant were calm, explained the procedure well to my son (and me, on occasion) and got the job done fast and effectively! Ecstatic that we are able to get this kind of stellar care! Highly recommend!!!

Mr Milton is patient, wise, thorough, and genuinely empathetic to the feelings that mothers are experiencing in his office. My son was having trouble breast feeding and after googling his symptoms, I believed he probably had a tongue/lip tie. The hospital pediatrician, my own pediatrician, as well as three lactation consultants missed it. I took my son to Dr. Milton, had him revised, and the issues we were having were resolved in weeks. I emailed Dr. Milton about a week into my sons healing with concerns and included pictures of his mouth & he emailed me back the same day with recommendations of what I should do. (I just needed to be a bit more forceful with the tongue exercises) I took my son back to be looked at to make sure he had healed correctly and when I told the doctor how paranoid I felt for double checking he did nothing but reassure me that it was okay to make sure everything was okay and that he loved having check ups for his patients. I fully trust Dr. Milton and his opinions which unfortunately I cannot say for a lot of the medical community. He is professional and caring simultaneously.

Our 3 y/o twins had their 1st Dentist visit ever this week and it couldnt have gone any better. The staff is so incredibly friendly and I loved how engaged their hygienist Kelcie and Dr. Brittany were. I really liked how they explained everything they were going to do before they did it. They received some pretty cool things when they were done most of all being a certificate for having no cavities which they were so excited to show their Daddy when he got home from work. They already cant wait to go back in 6 months (I think they might be a little more excited about getting another balloon!) Brunswick Kidds came very highly recommended and I can certainly see why!

It was very difficult finding a pediatric dentist with good reviews in our insurance network. We have been to see Brunswick KiDDS three times now for various services and each one has been excellent. We are always seen shortly after arrival, and the entire staff from entering to exit are kind, courteous, and great with my kids (ages 6 & 7). They interact with them, and talk to them first before the parents, and make a dental cleanings fun for them - my kids look forward to going every six months! The office is clean and modern. We look forward to having the ortho office connected for the future if its needed.

Dr. Milton was excellent. He offered a phone consult to save me a 3+ hour drive prior to the actual extraction. Upon arrival the entire staff was pleasant and friendly. Our actual experience with the procedure was an A+; Dr. Milton and Macy were both wonderful in explaining every step to my four year old and did everything possible to make him feel comfortable. The tooth extraction went so well and I am glad we decided to seek out Dr. Milton & Brunswick Kidds. My only regret is that we dont live closer so as to make Brunswick Kidds our regular dentist.

We recently took our 5 week old daughter to Dr. Milton for a lip and tongue tie release. He came highly recommended and it is clear why. The office was amazing. Dr. Milton took the time to answer our questions and explained everything thoroughly. The procedure was quick and our daughter tolerated it very well. Lisa, the lactation consultant, was wonderful as well. She spent time with us after the procedure explaining aftercare and what to expect in detail. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Brittany is such an awesome doctor. My kids love her and she really worked with us and helped my family figure out the best ways to address my kids oral issues. We really love the staff there too. From the moment we walk in we are greeted with smiles. The ladies who have cleaned my kids teeth and start the exam are so nice. All around every appointment is great and my kids are never afraid to go. Makes it a million times easier to get them to take care of their teeth!
