Worst place ever! I took my daughter there about 7 months ago and she was seen by Katie Vo, she looked at her skin and diagnosed her with eczema, gave her steroid creams and that was it. Well my daughters skin kept getting worse, I kept putting the cream as prescribed and the skin got worse. I finally took my daughter to the ER at Childrens Hospital 3 weeks ago and she was diagnosed with ringworm, their dermatology department came in and did a skin scrape from one of the lesions. Thanks to Ms. Vos misdiagnosis my daughter who is only 5 years old has now ringworm all over her body including her face, she has been suffering so much from all of this. Now she is on oral meds. I believe Ms. Vo needs to go back to school, she cannot diagnose without any tyoe of skin testing especially on a child. Parents be careful when taking your children to this place. No I will not go back there and I will be telling family and friends about this. Yes I will place a formal complaint.

The ladies at the front desk are so great, and thats why Im leaving the star. I usually go here around five times a year for acne medications, and after switching to a new medication (as per the doctors "advice") I found it wasnt working for me, even causing some major side effects. Instead of switching me over to something else or even back to my old medication, the doctor saw me for about a minute (Im not kidding!) and prescribed me the same thing! After voicing my concern, I was told that "its the best thing for me." Then we were rushed out of there. I dont think than what happened was right, and I wouldnt want this to happen to anyone else! They are usually so lovely (Brad Armstrong is so kind) but unfortunately, that wasnt who I saw that day.

The nurses are very personable and the depth of knowledge of their entire staff is impressive. Dr Li came highly recommended by an urgent care doctor. The physicians assistant (Katie Vo) who treated me was very competent and had an engaging personal style. They were very responsive - getting me in the same day I called - and the treatment addressed my concerns quickly and effectively. My experience in the follow up appointment was also verypositive. I highly recommend their services.

I have always had a good experience here. The only problems I have run into was waiting on hold too long or waiting too long for our appointment because they are so busy. You know why they are busy? Because they are good!!! The two different Doctors I have taken my son to there are very knowledgeable, very nice, and have excellent bedside manner. I would recommend this office to my friends.

Worse place to go, beware. Staff is rude and dr Li seen me for 2 minutes and didnt hear a word I said. Talked over me and then tried to sell me her own line of products. She left the room and didnt tell me anything I waited in the room for 30 mins before someone told me I could leave. As I was leaving dr Li was scream at her employee. Very unprofessional place.

I have seen the doctors here many times and the office staff is great. Dr. Gustavich is out on maternity leave (she is awesome) but they have added a new physician, Dr. Plott, to their staff and he is great as well. I have never had an issue in all my dealings with Frisco Dermatology. I would highly recommend them.

Their procedures are over priced, lack of knowledge and had to wait for almost an hr for the doctor to see me and on top of that they charged me more than what agreed upon. there are better clinics in the area. the front desk was nice and thats why i didnt give them a zero rating.

I have been twice to Katie Vo. Based on earlier reviews, I was "prepared"! I was in for a very pleasant surprise. Short wait and Ms Vo was extremely nice and took time to answer my questions. She has done exactly what I wanted and I am so glad I found her.

Go see Brad Armstrong! He was very nice, helpful, and gentle. I was a 1st time visitor and He and his Nurse made me feel at home. I had some skin tags removed and with was pain free. Thank you!
