Appointment was late, which is sometimes to be expected. However, if you are going to lie to your patients or those who accompany them and say that you do not have wifi, at least change the name of the wifi connection to something other than "dermatology". Im not sure what they are saving all the bandwidth for but it would be nice to be able to pass the time waiting for your appointment doing something other than digging through the piles of old magazines. Service with a passive aggressive smile and a few white lies is not a way to start any doctors visit.

The office could have received 5 stars if the customer service didnt suck from the receptionist. Those who answer the phone or who you see when you first walk in the office is a reflection of the company. In my case I didnt not like the condescending tone of the receptionist on the phone nor did I not appreciate her unwillingness to help with simple questions. This is very unfortunate since the quality of the doctors work is great. Do a better job at hiring the help.

Molly Austin rocks I had been seeing a previous dermatologist and was not seeing results and pain was getting worse I decided to look else where closer to home after the first visit with molly Austin and her awesome assistants the biopsy and technique prescribed and the right medication overnight there was a 90% notice of improvement I highly recommend this dermatologist she have a concern and a passion for your getting well

I dont often write reviews, but felt that this was definitely worthy of a few words. The receptionist and staff were extremely pleasant. I waiting less than 5 minutes before getting called back to an exam room. Dr. Molly Austin is absolutely wonderful!! First, she put my mind at ease over a few concerning moles I have. Then on to rosacea treatment recommendation (which is working!) Id give 10 stars, if I could!

My folks had seen Dr. Bateman and this organization apparently bought her practice. I called to make an appointment. It was obvious by the abominable behavior of the receptionist that they dont need new business. Not to worry, we have moved on. Any practice that is less than a good experience from the initial contact for an appointment, visit with the doctor and final goodbye is not going to get my business.

First visit today, was nervous didnt know what to expect. I was impressed , very short wait in lobby, front desk ladies very respectful and positively attentive. Met Dr. Aftergut, very knowledgeable, concerned, listened and made sure to include my other doctors with care. My nurse was amazing, awesome bedside manner. Love it, will make sure to return.

Dr. Austin is incredible with my daughters. Shes patient, explains and gives options of treatments. She has also been prompt at our appointments which is very important when you have multiple kids at the appt. I would definitely recommend Dr. Austin as a pediatric & adult dermatologist.

Absolutely love Dr. Molly Burns Austin. Me and my boyfriend went in nervous about a skin condition but she put us at ease about everything. She answered all our questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a dermatologists.

my experience with dr. Austin was great , I took my daughter for a rash which has been seen by other doctors in the past. Dr. Austin right away knew and took her time with us making sure we understood everything.I am so glad doctors like her still exist.

Very rude unprofessional the front office is not organIzed and couldnt not answer basic questions. I hated my visit they make the doctors look so bad !!! The two girls in the front should be let go because they clearly do not want to be there
