Terrible experience. Theyve been good in the past, but they are awful now. Ive been out of my medication for a month because of them. They forced me to go to an appointment I didnt even need just to take my money. Then they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. My prescription is a biologic that has to be mailed to me. It takes 5+ days to mail it to me even if the correct pharmacy gets it. It takes way longer if they send it to the wrong place. When I called to ask about giving me a sample of my medicine while I wait for them to correct THEIR mistake, I was told there is only one person in the entire office who can make that decision and she is "busy." Really? First of all, why is it such a difficult decision to reach into a cabinet and grab a sample of medicine for the person you screwed over? Seems pretty straightforward to me. Secondly, this person is always "busy." Every time I call to speak to her, they connect me to her office phone and I get her voicemail. Every. Time. And she has never returned a single one of my calls. And today when I want to the office, she is apparently again "busy." Theyre making me wait 2 hours to speak to her to ask her to give me a 10-day supply of my medicine due to their failure to send my prescription to the wrong place. Umm... heres a thought. If shes so "busy" all the time, hire another person to take care of these prescriptions full-time! They certainly can afford it, given the amounts they charge. This is my last time ever dealing with this office.

I saw Dr. Ray two years ago and the experience was fine, if not a bit rushed. The office struck me then as being very cold and transactional but the medical service provided was adequate. I scheduled a follow up appointment this year and availability was always 4-6 weeks out, which was fine considering I didnt have an urgent need. Leading up to the appointment, their confirmation process was relentless with phone messages and emails multiple times. OK, so I confirmed. I arrive a bit early for my appointment as requested. Front desk staff was cold, dismissive, and all business. Cant say they were rude per se but inattentive and transactional. Upon scanning my insurance card, Im informed that "the doctor is running a bit behind today". I ask how long and Im told 45 minutes. Unacceptable. I suggest it may be appropriate for them to begin calling their late day appointments to let them know they are running behind and that is met with a rude "well, the doctor is usually behind". No apology, no offer to reschedule, just "fill out the form and well get to you when we get to you". Well, patients have lives too and our time is also valuable. I chose to inform them I was leaving and would find another doctor. Too bad this "business" isnt run more patient-friendly. I completely understand running behind but I have a dentist and a family doctor that both communicate with their patients. Just cannot recommend this place whatsoever.

All you are is a number to them. When I got there, the ladies behind the desk were stuck up, rude, and wouldnt stop staring at me. They didnt give me the time to fill out my paper work. When I was in the office the nurse was rushing me as well. The Dr appeared to be rushed but tried to act like he wasnt. I was there to be checked for skin cancer as well and they did not do so. He just looked at me and a few spots of psoriasis. I might add that after the skin sample on my foot coming up as psoriasis he couldnt do a skin sample on my face or scalp as well. Dr. Pruett acted like it was no big deal and even said its just dandruff basically. The paper said they recommended for your first time to be checked for skin cancer. Please check yes or no. Well since we were not given the time to even fill the paper work out, we did not get to mark yes. The Dr did not give the option as well. Basically I was there for a total of 15 minutes. They had no concern for anything. The lady at the check out was rude and stuck up as well. Basically, I paid my copay to have nothing done. Patient number 35 or 36 were you... oh well you are out the door

Would not recommend this place to anyone. I had to provide all of my insurance info before they would set an appointment, yet when I got there, they had no idea what to charge me or what my benefits were because they failed to verify my insurance even though they had a week to do so. When I met with the doctor, it didnt go much better. I felt like I was just a faceless patient to use the standard protocol on. They put me on 2 medications and cut a skin spot off all in less than 5 minutes. The doctor did not ask many of the pertinent questions one would expect to be asked on a 1st visit (ex cosmetics used, eating habits or food sensitivities, sun exposure, daily skin routine, etc). I felt like the doctor was being paid to push certain products/ medications rather than figuring out what was really best for me and my skin problems. My insurance doesnt even cover one of the prescriptions, so it was useless. I felt like they were just trying to make money off of me and get me to buy the products that they are pushing. Will not be going back.

I visited Trinity Dermatology a few days ago and I had a wonderful experience! The doctors were extremely nice and very helpful, I was able to get all of my questions answered with ease. The most memorable part of my visit was when I checked out, the women with the short hair and pictures on her desk of her family was very understanding of my financial situation. I had a ton of questions and she was polite and patient with each one of them, now thats good service! All around, the staff, doctors, and nurses were kind, proficient in their jobs, and easy to talk with. Thank you Trinity Dermatology for my wonderful experience! I will make sure to come back and refer you to all of my friends and family!

Sheryl Gyr is the best PA ever. I went for a routine skin check several years ago and she found a suspicious mole on my back. It was immediately tested and was identified as a malignant melanoma, the same cancer that killed my father. Sheryl quickly got me scheduled for surgery with Dr Ray, and luckily it hasnt been an issue since. If Sheryl hadnt been so diligent it could have killed me. I go back every six months just to be sure, and Sheryl has noticed and treated a few other items before they progress to more serious cancers. She is always detailed and professional in her work and always a pleasure to be around. Everyone I send to see her is highly impressed. Keep up the good work Sheryl.
