STAY AWAY! Dr. Geffner, the owner and surgeon of this practice, is terrible. If you are scheduled for surgery with him you will NOT be seen at your appointment time if you get seen at all. He has no regard for peoples time and slams his day full with as many bodies as possible. The Nurse Practitioners that see patients there daily are good and through but if you need a surgical procedure with Dr. Geffner GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Incompetent office staff. When my wife called for an appointment, she was told by the person at the office that she could see her referral on the computer. When we arrived, we were told that they couldnt find the refferal. Of course they offered to see my wife if she paid out of pocket. When we checked with our primary care physician, they showed us the online refferal. Never will go back.

This place is a joke. They demand a social security # and then demand you give them a credit card to keep on file. When you have a balance or copay, they will deduct the $ right from the account. I explained that I will pay with a check or cash & they told me I couldnt do that. If I didnt give them the card info, I had to cancel my appointment. This office is a waste of time. Go somewhere else.

Terrible!! Rude, rude, rude people working in the Allentown office. Doctor provided incorrect insurance information and blamed ME for her mistake! Long wait times, too. Find another practice if you want good care!!
