Had to wait months for an appointment, which wasnt even worth it. He saw me about my acne/sensitive skin for literally two minutes and didnt listen to my explanation about the fact that topical retinoid/BP ointments i had previously been prescribed were actually damaging my poor face. He told me I was wrong about that, even though Ive been on said ointments for years and saw no improvement, only more damage. He then dismissively and thoughtlessly prescribed me something called Epiduo, which ended up being the WORST possible thing for my skin (because it also contained retinoids and BP!). I was on it for 3 months before I finally quit due to ever worsening and painful cystic breakouts. I called him up to tell him about these issues that I was having, but he dismissed me again and said I just needed to stop complaining and use it less often. I didnt listen to him, of course, and I stopped using the prescription. My skin improved. In a nutshell, he doesnt seem to care enough to listen to his own patients. I was quite unimpressed and disappointed. Went to a different dermatologist and was happier.

Horrible customer service from office staff! Rude and inefficient... After a week and a 1/2 of calling them daily to follow up on a preauthorization on a RX they presscribed for my daughter where they continually told me they faxed the information to the RX carrier and the RX carrier continually telling me they never received it... I finally had to get the carrier and the office staff on a conference call where office staff admitted they had never faxed it to the carrier! UNREAL ! ! !

Dr Gottlieb and Dr Meyers are two of the best I have had the pleasure of being treated by. The office staff has always been great and does their very best to accommodate their patients.
