Very disappointing. My first and last visit to this office. Appointment started an hour late, which wasnt a big deal. Once in the with Dr. Katchman she only wanted to look at one issue even though I wanted her to check a bunch of scares and marks. Each issues she looked at the answer was the same "I dont think its anything to worry about". And i was eventually told I would need to make another appointment if i had any more questions. So another Co-pay and vacation day needed. Ive heard Dr. Cola is good. Just make sure the receptionist knows how many issues you want looked at. Overall I felt like it was a waste of my time. Ill need to go somewhere else now just to be sure I "dont have anything to worry about".

I went to a doctor in this group in several years ago and had an okay experience. Ive since called on 3 different occasions to make an appointment and the receptionist told me that there was a balance from a copay they forgot to collect on my first visit. She was unable to rectify the situation and schedule an appointment because their billing employee was the only one who had access to my account. I left my credit card number for payment and was told Id be called back. After not hearing from them I went through this conversation 2 more times. Overall I was very dissatisfied with their staffs inability and unwillingness to help me. Ive chosen another doctor.

I was told Dr Katchman would not see me because I was 9 min late to an apt and she was eating lunch. Told me I had to reschedule. I was late because my sitter was late I told the girl when I arrived that and she went back to tell the doctor who said I had to reschedule because she was eating lunch. I was only 9 min late. The office was completely empty no one else waiting. I will not be going back. I have seen Dr Katchman a couple of times and she is standoffish and not very friendly. I will not be going back here. Would give them a zero if I could. Obviously this doctors lunch is more important then her patients.

I have been a patient with this practice since 2007, and many reasons keep me coming back! Dr. Carol Cola is an outstanding dermatologist! She is knowledgeable, kind, patient, and she always answers my questions in a way that guarantees my understanding. I know when and when not to worry. In addition, the staff members are outstanding! They are so pleasant and kind...a great indicator they are happy with their jobs. While this practice, is close to my home, I know I would continue with them even if I had to travel!!

I recently saw Dr. Scola and she was extremely helpful with my condition. She took the time to explain in detail my diagnosis and treatment options. I also was impressed with my wait time in the waiting room. I think I sat down for less than 1 minute and my name was called, so efficient! The office staff was extremely nice & helpful as well and even helped me with my paperwork. I would highly recommend her!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Filomena Scola for many years. She is a great dermatologist and a wonderful physician. She is always so patient, kind and caring. She advocates for her patients. We love her. Her office staff are all very nice. They always work hard to accommodate us and make us feel at ease. We love Dr. Scola and her office!
