My daughter has been seen at this office for the past 3 years. She struggles with acne and has sometimes severe reactions to medication. The service provided by Dr. Webster wasnt bad but his acne cases are referred to his Physician Assistant Lori. I have found that Lori, while trying to be helpful, isnt totally knowledgeable about the medications that she prescribes. When faced with the resultant side effects of the medication she is very reluctant to accept the feedback which is very frustrating. Lori dismissed my daughters concerns as though it couldnt possibly be the medication instead of researching it for herself. However, when I brought the same concerns up to another dermatologist they immediately knew of the side effect. Lori should be more willing to listen to her patients and trust that they know their own bodies. We will no be going back.

My daughter is already an established patient here, and I attempted to schedule an appointment for my son. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude. I am currently looking for another doctor for BOTH of them!
