"unprofessional" the lady has an annoying voice and they only want to put you on topical stuff even if you tell them it doesnt work on you she made me feel stupid when i was asking questions and voicing my opinions because i dont want to be put on another prescription that doesnt work and that will just waste my time and when i asked why i cant be put on accutane she says because the insurance companies wany you to try everything else before you get put on accutane i will not be going back.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The doctor was very personable and professional. Would have given 5 stars but getting through on the phone is extremely difficult. Otherwise, a 5.
