I went to this center for about 2 years and appointments were always very difficult to schedule and often had to be scheduled out over 5 weeks later. I had considered trying somewhere else but recently decided to come back to have something checked out. When I called today for an appointment the woman who picked up the phone was very rude in her tone and I could tell she wanted to leave and didnt want to take my call. I told her i did not appreciate her attitude and hung up. This was the nail in the coffin on my decision to go somewhere else and i will not be scheduling with them again.

1. Spacious reception and many friendly staff. 2. At times, hard to get a desired date to see Doctors. 3. Seen Dr. Scott and it took some three visits for him to diagnose the exact ailment. But in the end, its all resolved. Recommend [Have a list of all questions before hand that you are going to ask. Doctor may be in hurry and may make you look silly if you are stuck in explaining/asking properly. Make sure the visit with doctor pacify you as its not that easy to ask questions later, perhaps in next appointment]

Like so many medical practices these days, I felt like a number. Dermatologist diagnosed a basil cell carcinoma on the tip of my nose. Mohs surgeon very nice but he missed the radius. Had a hole in the tip of my nose... UGH but it filled in a bit... Bump started to grow back to the right of his overly deep hole! He went very deep for a first step Mohs. And didnt cover the sides! So in short, he created a hole in the tip of my nose in the wrong spot!

Rude woman at the desk named Tina. I called to make an appointment and they didnt have anything until 5 weeks from the time I called. She told me I shouldve made my next appointment after my first appointment in a flippant tone. Yeah I tried to make an appointment at the time but they told me to wait! How rude. If your job is to schedule appointments and youre going to be rude about it-you should find another job!

Very friendly staff. Never had to wait too long - felt like they respect my time and get me in and out of my appointment quickly. I have also never had a problem scheduling an appointment; they are extremely flexible. They did an excellent job removing abnormal skin and moles, which other businesses have left huge scars doing so - really appreciate that as a young woman.

I had the worst experience on this center ..I kept visiting this place for almost two years three visits for a small rash in my foot and everytime..a new prescription and they try a new thing and nothing change ..looks like they are practicing on my rash..and everytime go there they charge me although its the same issue for two years.

not very happy with a follow-up call in regards to treatment for Acne for a teenager. 3 months and 4 pills a day to "start" to see results? Very unprofessional phone call. - will go to another practice for teenagers.

Absolutely horrible!! They are so rude and make you wait 20 minutes, but if you are 5 minutes late they make you reschedule. Very dirty and last updated in the 90s. Will never go to or recommend ever!!

SLOWEST SERVICE ON THE EAST COAST! Literally go anywhere else unless you have 2hrs to spare. Also the front desk attendant should be fired ASAP! Rude!
