Very unprofessional! I usually try not to give bad ratings but in this case I just cant help it. I went there on a Sunday because my doctors office was closed and I had an UTI. The lady at the front desk starting telling me it might be a tumor or cancer or even a miscarriage. I couldnt believe what I was hearing from this woman. I know my body and have had an UTI before, very simple thing. I tried to ignore this unprofessionalism because I really wanted to see a doctor. So, the next lady is reviewing my insurance which they do take its even listed as "in-network" on their website. She tells me that since my insurance company is closed that day, they have to charge me the full office visit and for anything else. This was absolutely ridiculous. I have great insurance and have never had to pay for the office visit EVER. I have a co-pay and thats it. Doesnt matter if its the doctor, urgent care or the emergency room. I felt like this was a scam to get my money. At that point I walked out without receiving care. I dont care if I am dying, I will never go back to this place.

The staff here is incompetent. Ive been dealing with some health issues recently and know my insurance plan like the back of my hand. I was told my visit would be $150.00, which is ridiculous because for urgent cares, I have a $50 copay and then insurance covers 100% of the visit. The girl at the front desk told me I had a deductible. I then explained that Ive met my deductible for the year and the deductible doesnt even apply to urgent cares since insurance covers 100% after the copay. She told me urgent cares have their own deductible. I was not feeling well and was tired of arguing with this idiot so I just paid the $150 and figured I would contact the insurance company for a refund. Once I got into the examining room, I was then told I would owe more money for tests. Are you kidding me?! I wouldnt have even paid the original $150 had I been told this upfront. So I left and basically wasted $150 on nothing.

I was traveling for work and was sick before I left. My doctor told me if things go worse go to an urgent care. This was the closest to my hotel so I just went here. The nurses were very friendly and had great bedside manner. My insurance would not go through because I was out of state, but they were very nice and showed me the screen the insurance company was showing them and provided me with the information I need to get reimbursed. The doctor came right in after about 3 minutes of the nurse. She was very thorough and provided me with a stronger antibiotic. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone that is feeling sick. One thing that is definitely a bonus about this one is that there is only 1 doctor instead of several incompetent doctors that are paid minimum wages and only work part time.

On the 4th of July I was on Ft. Lauderdale beach, and Lucky me I happened to step on a piece of glass from a broken beer bottle. I was surprised that there initially was no pain but then the blood started gushing out. I realized then that i needed immediate medical attention. Fortunatly on the way to the hospital i spoted the urgent instant medical care. i decided to go there rather than go to the hospital and rack up a huge bill for a gash in my foot. I was so happy to see that they were open on the weekend and were able to see me within 5 minutes. The staff was very proffesional and friendly and the doctor had a great bedside mannor, not to mention she was very attractive. All in all my experience there was GREAT, and I would recomend them to any one in need of immediate medical attention.

I had an appointment with this center two weeks ago as I wanted bloodwork done for my headaches. When I got there, I was seen by a PA who really did not do much more than what my boyfriend would have done. When the medical assistant came to do my bloodwork, both her and the PA were unable to find a vein in my arm as they claimed I was dehydrated. Well, the next clinic I went to found a vein pretty comfortably, so obviously, they did not know what they were doing. Additionally, I went in there for bloodwork, but did not get it done and was charged $120.00 for a visit that did not take more than 15 minutes. I have no insurance. I will not recommend this place to anybody as they have inexperienced staff.

This is a terrible place for a sick person. I was the first one in the office and for the first ten minutes two trashy employees argued about their job and workload. It was awkward and unprofessional. At 9:15 I asked how much longer and was informed would be 20 more minutes before doctor even gets there. I got the impression that doctor comes in when he wants and could care less that they are advertising all over the Internet that people are usually seen within 15 minutes. Everyone waiting for care left, including me, when they found out doctor isnt even responsible enough to show up to work on time. I went down to street to a professional facility and was seen within 20 min.

I have visited this clinic on numerous occasions, for different reasons: physician care, labs, immunizations and med spa. I have been very pleased with the atmosphere at the clinic, always prompt service and friendly and caring people. At all times I was able to utilize my insurance policy and get a good deal. I have always found this clinic to be very convenient and welcoming. However, what keeps me coming back and choosing this clinic over the others is physician assistant Zhanna. She has excellent bedside manners and extensive knowledge and expertise. Zhanna is attentive to my concerns, answers all of my questions and makes me feel reassured and at ease.

I went in on 5/31/13 to Instant Medical Care and I had high hopes despite the negative reviews on here. The place was dirty and the staff were cold. I never met a staff member who gave me their name. The doctor I saw was incompetent and useless. I go in for a skin rash and a bad bug bite, (and this urgent care specializes in skin treatment). He touches my legs where the rash is and is completely stumped. He goes away and 5 minutes later, he comes back and says "I have no idea what you have. Ive never seen that before so I am going to pass you on to a dermatologist". What a complete joke of a medical office. I will NOT return.

Came to Florida for the boat show and hurt my foot.. I went online and found Instant Medical Care as one of thew closest walk in clinics and I couldnt have been happier with the level of professionalism this clinic had from the wonderful front desk girls to the doctor herself, who took her time with me and really was trying to ease my pain as I felt well taken care of versus some other clinics i have seen in the past. The personal touch is there and thats all I could have asked for that day! Overall, great experience and thats why I took time to write this review.. Thank you to all Instant Medical Care team.
