My wife took our five years old for her regular check up. It also happened that our daughter was at the end of a cold, which my wife mentioned in one of the questions. Doctor John went on to document that my daughter has greenish mucus and prescribed her meds we didnt even give our daughter when she went through the climax of her cold. By the way, she never had greenish mucus even at the climax of the cold. My wife was charged with a sick visit, which she paid reluctantly in the moment. But after further thoughts, we called the administrator Rosa and explained how in our opinion, and keep in mind that we both work in an interdisciplinary context with doctors and nurses, Dr. John had not coded and documented properly the visit. I had to keep calling for over a week to finally hear that Dr. Pedroso had reviewed the notes and had agreed that they were correct without seeing my daughter nor speaking with us. I requested the nature of the visit to be changed to a regular check up visit since obviously my child didnt need antibiotics or lab work nor she ever had greenish mucus as Dr. John had documented and prescribed. But such request was denied. Im sorry to say that we will not bring our family here again as this whole situation left me wondering about the integrity of the office and the doctors involved there.

The doctor was good, BUT everything else in the office is not worth it. Waited for over an hour for a well-child checkup, never received the school forms after weeks of waiting. No communication whatsoever
