ATTENTION:I only give this fraud practice 1 star because it wouldnt allow me to give 0.Dr Johnson I dont need your letter or X-rays you trained your employees to rob people and I pray on god this place go downhill.Everytime I go to this office I left my card in my car because Im so scared therere going to scam money from my card in my purse(sad but true)went in for a cleaning(went great)next visit a filling which she removed my permanent filling from a previous dentist and place a medicated temporary filling for 1 month which calm the nerve down because it was a deep one(good)went back to place back the permanent filling and this lady said she cant,she have to do a crown lengthening and a crown(fine with me but didnt she figure that out before doing the filling)very weird office they charge you before the procedure so I decided to pay half of the amount which is 659 dollars from my card.Kenneth was the one who gave me the amount over twelve hundred dollars which was a little uncomfortable so I ask him twice if their office was out of network and if he was sure about the fees and he told me anywhere I go its going to be the same(lying,unprofessional boy)went home call my insurance and it was totally different way more less if I choose a in network dentist.call the office tell him what the information I got and ask him to cancel the 659 dollar that I paid.Few days later check my card this lying theif only refund 487 dollars.Now they send my a receipt that this frauds sign they wont refund the rest of my money so I have to call the bank and dispute the payment.Kenneth is fraud so if this is your dentist make sure to double check this boy is a theif.Dr Brent Bracco is awesome.Kenneth we will meet again

The Premiere Smile Center not only saved my mouth from extreme pain; they also saved my familys Christmas vacation. While in route to Florida (to take a family cruise) I experienced unbearable tooth pain. The thought of spending the next 7 days on a cruise ship with that pain, made me entertain the idea of using a pair of pliers and a bottle of bourbon to mend the situation. Fortunately, it didnt come to that, thanks to the wonderful dentists, and staff at the Premiere Smile Center. From the moment I contacted them (e mailed while on a plane) they responded sympathetically and scheduled me a last minute appointment. I ended up needing a root canal, and the root canal specialist had already gone home for the evening. Regardless of the fact that he had already ended his day, he returned with a smile and took good care of me. They are all clearly passionate about what they do, and go the extra mile for everyone. Including an out of state random with a tooth ache who will likely never become a regular patient because she resides elsewhere.That didnt matter to them. Helping me seemed to be a top priority. For that, I will be forever grateful to the Premiere Smile Center. If you find yourself needing a dentist I highly recommend them.

From the minute I called Dr. Charmaines office before I even stepped foot into the office I knew that I was going to be well taken care of. Let me start off by saying the staff has to be the most amazing group of people youll ever come across. They are so warm, loving and best of all comforting. Making an appointment was so easy that they went out of their way to accommodate my late schedule and take me in right away. The day of my appt was even better than the initial phone call. If you have a fear of the dentist, like myself, all that will go away the minute youre greeted. I mean, they could not be sweeter and are a true reflection of how fantastic Dr. Charmaine is. I was there for a cleaning, exam, and xrays. They took their time to make me comfortable, walk me through each step and were extremely thorough in explaining my treatment. Best of all, they had a new patient special that included everything I had done for a great price. I could really go on and on but I highly recommend anyone to give Premier Smile a chance. Youll walk out feeling better, more confident, and more in control of your dental health!

I went to Dr Johnson about a month ago. I took advantage of the $99 promotion. I want my tooth internally bleached which her staff said she could do on my first visit. Well, not true. For $450 a specialist was called in to do my bleaching a week later. I paid the $450 and was to return for the removal of the bleach in about a month. On Monday, I was numbed up, the bleach removed and was given a temporary filling. A temporary filling because the specialist didnt do permanent fillings only Dr. Johnson could do that and that permanent filling required I make another appointment and pay $250 more for the filling. My time is of value and Dr. Johnson has no respect for that. Charging me for a filling that was removed for a procedure is robbery! This dentist did not even realized my other tooth needed a root canal after a check-up. Have fun trying to find a parking space in front of the building. Metered parking is available, but not in front. Run away from this so called dentist and get a real one. The specialist was very good.

By far the best dentist I have ever seen. I knew I had neglected my smile for years because of my fear of the dentist. My family urged and pleaded with me to see a dentist. I gave in to their pleas and went in to Dr. Johnsons office. Immediately, the staff was friendly and caring. I was not left to wait long in the waiting room. (Not that I would have really minded bc i was in no rush to see the dentist) When the doctor came in she immeditely eased my fears and explained everything that was going on with me. The staff accomodated me so that I was as relaxed as possible for my visit. My biggest fear is the needle, when Dr. Johnson numbed me, I only felt a slight pinch. Completely different from my past experiences. If it was not for Dr. Johnson and her caring staff, I would not be able to enjoy my smile. I am also keeping up with my dental hygeine bc I now understand the importance of it due to Dr. Johnson and staff. Thank you, Dr. Johnson and staff! I really appreciate what you guys did for me!!! =)

A decent office with nice staff but lacks in professionalism completely. Less then two months after my services, some of the material placed in my mouth has already fallen out. I was also scorched on the face and on one tooth during my procedure which the doctor nor the assistant would properly address at the time and claimed they didnt do it as if I couldnt feel it and they couldnt see it when I pointed it out. I wont even return to Premier Smile Center to have them correct anything at this point as I feel I cant trust them nor are they worthy of my business. Update: I went to two other dentists for second opinions and they both said the same thing verbatim. The bonding wasnt set and was still wet and work was done in haste, the yellowing of the bonding is due to the fact that it wasnt polished properly, and the line forming shows where the work will soon break completely off.
