This place killed my friends healthy energetic kitty baby boy. Today we took him to this place to get him some vaccines and check up & neuter service then it turned out as his sudden death. Vet says it was allergic reaction cause of death but we suspect real reason of his death was overdose of Anastasia. Clinic says neuter service only available before 12pm with appointment then suddenly vet says he can operate this babys neuter service today and told us to leave the kitty with them & pick him up after several hours later like just an hour before their closing time. Altho, kitty looked not right or alive - right after vet tech or vet (not sure who he was) injected anastasia to him because the kitty was too wild to to get some blood out and cut his nails..etc. Then another vet came in and told us they can perform his neuter service on same day and kitty still didnt look alright at that time. However,Both of us completely trusted this clinic and the vet so we didnt doubt anything when the vet told us like that and we left clinic. Then this animal clinic covered up their medical mistake and got away with it but we dont buy their lousy excuse and the real reason of his sudden death is still in question mark but we can get the idea what they have done to this little baby. We had to leave without nothing cause theres nothing much we can do. THEY OVERDOSED ANASTASIA!!!!!! & KILLED THIS 1 YR OLD BABY KITTEN!! And when we leave the clinic another gentle man came to us and asked us why were crying so hard. Another friend of us explained him then he told us, that same thing happend before and he says this clinic use too much anastasia before even we tell him anything about anastasia! which is could happen 1 in 1000. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVING DOGS OR CATS TO THIS CLINIC. This kitty boy was young and healthy, energetic when he check in this clinic then he couldnt walk out in the same day because they killed him. ITS THE WORST HORRIBLE PLACE SO CALLED ANIMAL HOSPITAL. BE VERY AWARE & STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you dont want to lose your loving family member just like us. R.I.P Baby & Very sorry....:(

I was recommended this Vet by a friend and despite the bad reviews, I took a chance and took my dog (Zoey). Zoey is only 1 years old and has Patellar Luxation and my original Vet said she had a grade 4 (severe) and needed surgery which cost $2000. So I took Zoey to meet Dr Ruben Nasio for a second opinion and I brought along her x-rays. He said, in his opinion that Zoey was a grade one and didnt require surgery. He recommended that Zoey be placed on a diet and gave me his recommendation on food. He provided her Inflammatory pills and something else for her joints. He wants to see her in 30 days so well see then. So far the research Ive done on my own, I agree with him because my dog isnt in pain when she walks or runs so I dont think its a grade 4 (severe). Surgery should be the last option. I know shes over weight and we will start walking her every day as he suggested. Also he didnt charge me for evaluating her and just charged me for the other items, his prices are reasonable. Going forward, I will continue with him and will write again if things changes. Also upon walking into his office, there was many "thank you" notes and cards (on his wall) with recent dates complimenting his services. He took his time with me to explain everything and showed me charts explaining her weight. By the way, he has a Specialist that does the surgery for $1800 in his office... he saved me from spending almost $2k and unnecessary surgery. I thought I should take the time and write my experience here so far.

This place is amazing under the new ownership/doctor. All the reviews on here are for the previous doctor. When you walk in the clinic is warm and welcoming. The vet was extremely nice and understanding with my puppy who can get a little restless in a new environment or with a lot of people in the room. She made us feel at home and so did all the techs that were assisting her, they would talk to us as if we were long time friends and gave us advice to deal specifically with the type of dog that we had. Thats not all, this clinic has great prices, one if not the most competent price points at the level if care you receive, call them and ask, you wont be disappointed. Overall amazing experience from a very knowledgeable and caring team. Three of my friends have already switched to this vet.

I am writing this review because I completely disagree with the bad ratings. We met Dr. Nasio 5 years ago when we got our 1st English Bulldog "Sancho". The prices were very competitive (the cheapest I could get) so we decided to give it a try. I have to say, I have no regrets. Since then, Dr. Nasio has taken care of my 2 English Bulldogs and all of my familys(Labrador and another Bullie). What I like more about his practice is the love that he has about his profession.Hes a real doctor: Dr. Nasio saved my dog after a bug bite, he stayed with him taking a fever down for 3 days, I will always be thankful for that. I have recommended him several times, and all of my friends agree with me: he is an amazing vet and the prices are good compared to many practices.

The worst place ever to take your dog. They are not only an absolute rip off, but the Dr. is extremely rude, and has never worked with others in his life. My dog went to get groomed, which cost a fortune, and when I picked her up he said she had a fungus between her paws. He made me buy an antibiotic for her that only made her worse. He never even thought about taking a culture, drawing blood, or at least asking me for medical records. If he would have he would have realized that my dog has a liver problem and the medication should not be taking if your pet has a liver problem. I ran to my dogs usual vet to find that it was ant bites. NEVER EVER take your pet to this place.......

Ever since Raphael left, original vet, this place has taken a turn for the worst. The current vet is stuck up and a thief. If you do not tell him not to do anything but what the animal was originally there for hell do it without telling you. Once you come and pick up your pet the cost of everything is a lot more than you thought. I recently had both my lab and chihuahua neutered, and he first did my lab. Once he was done with him he left the lab unattended and the lab licked his stitches out. His scrotum was extremely swollen and took an extra week to recover. The stitches were horribly done. I am not pleased and will be looking for another vet.

The vet acted like he didnt know how to handle a scared dog or a dogs temperament. Made the experience worse by being rude to my wife when he asked her to mussel him. My dog has been to vets where he is scared but if you bend down, give him a treat or two, he calms down. You have to introduce yourself to the dog not corner him. Also they had a loose cat in the lobby that I guess belonged to the clinic who was hissing at the animals. Nobody did anything with the cat after they saw how it made the dogs react. We wont be coming back here and I recommended not going here.
