I wonder if there is any way to assign 0 stars? This place is TERRIBLE! Staff is very irresponsible and they DO NOT care about customers time. I had to write this review, because the first time they did something bad to me, I let it go and came back, but yesterday they did it again, and I couldnt help not writing. First time, I got 3 MINUTES! late to my appointment... 3 MINUTES because I was stock looking for a parking spot there (weekends that shopping is insanely busy!), and when I got there running with my puppy, they told me they could not take care of me because I was 3min late, HELLO??? I was very upset because had always get there on time for my appointments, and they always make me wait more than 10min to enter the room to see the vet. I even asked them how could I cancel, and at that point was when they started treating me well and fit me again (after a 45min wait, they took care of me then on that same day). I gave them a second chance, and kept going, until yesterday they screwed again. When I got there with my dog for his 11:15am appointment, they told me they have no appointment for me and that they were really busy with no availability. They really dont think about how people who have families, jobs, an house to maintain area really busy to take the time to go there, and then getting they not caring about your time and effort? they did not make any effort to accommodate me. I asked the lady to read the doctor notes that even said to come back exactly in a week, they she read it and it actually said that! but they kept saying sorry even if it says that, you have no appointment! I left inmedialtely, and I am NEVER coming back, and specially NEVER recommending this location!

Had to have our family cat (16 years old) euthanized. We decided on this location and we are very glad we did. The staff was kind and patient and the process went as smoothly as it could (our cat died while purring). Today we got a condolence card with his paw print, its such a nice keepsake. Thank you.

Came here because my mother in law bring her pets here. The hospital service is amazing and very convenient. The personnel is always willing to help and even received my dog with unannounced drop offs. I have the health plan and this covers neuter surgery and basic monthly medications.

I really like the vet there. The people who worked there were also very helpful and friendly. The main problem I have is how long the wait is sometimes. Ive showed up to my appointment on time and waited 30 minutes or more to even get in the room to wait even longer.
