Dr. Lindsay was very sweet and trustworthy, but she has since moved on to greater endeavors and will be missed. There have also been some friendly and understanding technicians as well as some rather aloof ones. I felt I should mention that I was a bit troubled by a comment I overheard while waiting with one of my pets in one of the examination rooms. The walls are very thin there and Im not sure if it was a regular vet/technician or a temporary substitute vet/technician that made this comment, but she made an assumption about the origin of the names of my pets because she had difficulty pronouncing them. Not only was it a false conclusion on her part, but she would not have come to that conclusion had she not also made an assumption about my ethnicity. Though I try to be gracious through such misunderstandings, its difficult to educate directly those who can remain faceless behind a wall. Given how progressive we can be up here in the Pacific Northwest, I admit I was perhaps more than a bit surprised than I ought to have been. Despite being a very convenient distance from our residence, overall I think I will be limiting my business to the portion that theyve earned and deserve to retain, while I will take the rest of my business elsewhere. Overall I feel they are not the worst, nor the best, but should suffice for regular check-ups and shots.

We were clients Of All care Pet Hospital up until a couple weeks ago. The vet at All care left a nasty message on our voice mail saying that we were no longer clients. Our dog needed x-rays for her leg but we were able to find a vet that could get the x-rays done sooner. All care could not get the x-rays done until January. We found a vet that could do it over a month sooner. We thought we were being proactive. Well after we called them because our other dog had a bleeding foot we got a message saying that we were no longer clients and that they were tired of us bothering them for things that they considered not important on their emergency line. Our dog was bleeding. We were clients for 10 years and spent thousands of dollars there and we were kicked to the curb. The only thing we can say is that we got a third opinion for our dogs leg problem and found a vet that could do the surgery sooner and cheaper and who came highly recommended . The Vet at Allcare was very unprofessional. She never asked to sit down and talk to us. We found out we were no longer clients from her answering service when we called on the above referenced emergency.

When Chloe passed away several years ago from kidney failure, it was literally the worst time of my life. These people knew my circumstances, knew how much I love (and loved) her, and did everything possible for me to help her out for the next month and a half of her life. When she needed fluid injections, they helped financially by saying I did the first one, even though they did it and showed me how for future injections. When it came her time to pass into the next life, they made special circumstances to allow me to be present on a weekend regardless of their busy schedule. They were wonderful and supportive in every way. I couldnt have asked for more support from an animal hospital. I am forever grateful for the extra time they gave me with Chloe, and every time I pass there I think of both her and them with fond memories. They truly care. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I he decided to try this veterinary clinic, and I am regretting that decision. The vet didnt listen to my concerns about how sick my pet was, the vet did NOTHING for the pain my dog is in. They would not further investigate possible illness and just gave me a prescription of giant horse pill antibiotics and sent me off. I clearly explained my dog isnt eating or drinking, why were we given giant pills that cause nausea.?? Very disappointed in this clinic/visit to a vet, wont be returning. Also, extremely overpriced!!

We love Dr. Lindsey and her staff at All Care! They have been treating our senior lab since we got her 5 years ago, and we trust then whole heartedly! They always call back the same day, and are honest about whether we need an appointment or just need to come in to pick up some meds. The vet techs there are just a team of talented dog lovers and they make us feel welcome and in good hands! Everyone is incredible at their jobs, and we wouldnt go anywhere else for our girl!

For the past 5 years we have been under the care of either Dr. Sue or Dr. Lindsay. We have 2 elderly cats and one has been in extreme crisis for the past 3 weeks. We are very favorably impressed by Dr. Lindsays care management, and also the concern expressed by the tech staff. Dr. Lindsay is very accessable and has called several times to give us progress reports, and encourages calls when we have questions and concerns.

I just called to schedule an appt for my new puppy to consult flea medication. The receptionist came off as rude and seemed as if she was rushing to get off the phone. She then proceeded to say she needed to put me on hold and hung up!!!! I will not be taking my dog here. I work in customer service and thats the most important thing to me. First impression is every thing.

Dr. Sue and Dr Lindsay have been wonderful. They have taken care of my black labs from beginning to the very sad end. I never hesitate to take my pets here. You are in your room at your appointment time and I have never had a long wait. From the front desk staff, techs and doctors, always have had a great experience. Couldnt ask for more in a vet hospital.

Have taken my Max there for a couple of years now. Nice people and the Vets are wonderful. They really seem to care. I like them well enough I trust them to watch Max while I travel. Anyone who knows how much my pooch means to me understands thats a lot of trust.

So far this vet is the only vet who was EXTREMELY understanding and patient with our quirky personality of a furrbaby. They know how to work with big dogs and are very caring. Not to mention, they are extremely respectful and do not over charge. Tyson loves them !!!!
