This review is for the optometrist not the optician part of the business. I made an appointment and asked how long I would need to be there and was told "half an hour". I arrived on time. The lady at the counter had me fill out the standard paperwork and told me shed call me when ready; she didnt say anything about running behind schedule. I looked around the shop checking out the merchandise. 30 minutes later, I had not been seen. I told the lady I had now been there waiting for a half hour and that I had specifically asked how long I would need because I was taking time out of an extremely busy workday. She unapologetically told me that it was due to earlier customers taking longer than expected. Why couldnt she have told me that when I arrived? I cant do business with a place that doesnt respect their customers time. So I left as there are plenty of other optometrists around. Its a lost opportunity because my eyes are really bad and I always need the most expensive lenses and I always go in for the anti-glare and scratch resistance extras.

I recently went to Visionworks at Waterford Lakes for the 50% off sale and an eye exam. When I received my glasses they were the wrong prescription and I got very frustrated. I went back and they more than made up for it. The manager was very helpful! She made sure my prescription was entered correctly, she was very fair about the additional money that I had to pay and she even put a rush on it. Very satisfied with this location and I love my new Kate Spade frames!

Very happy they opened so close to our house. We saw the doctor and got glasses the same day. The doctor was very thorough with the eye exam and the girls on the doctor side were very sweet with our children. They even came to help us pick out glasses. Excellent customer service all around, very clean and informative. We will definitely be back next year.

Very bad customer service I call and ask if they take my insurance the lady said yes when I arrived and give my insurance she said she didnt take it come on men I can with my 3 kids I wasted my time and gas they need to be trained the correct way!!!! I give it no start!!!

Vision Works has the Most Frame, The Best People and The Right prices for everyone.. Biggest kids selection I have seen!! Great Doctor!! They even made my glasses at the store in 1 hour. You definitely have to try them!!
