I took my dog in for follow up on existing condition and ear infection money tight but bill was 300.00 they said follow up 2week we be 40.00 to recheck her ears so when my wife got there they in turn said another 40.00 to check her ears asked ahead of time what total cost would be ,they doubled price on my wife scaring her into extra test which came out great.BEWARE TALKED TO ADRIEL NO BUSINESS SENSE TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMER. So now Im posting on here and hope to save other people from making mistake I made, I hear Belvidere animal clinic is very reasonable and they care for pet and customers not just about how much money there trying to scare you into tests. I plan to follow up with the head of banfield hospital to let them know how they treat customers and will continue to post on every sight I can to let everyone no to beware!!! Good luck I your future job ADRIEL unless you are the owner

This is a great hospital unless your dog gets sick. Our dog needed emergency care DURING business hours and they refused to squeeze him in. We would not have minded waiting for a Dr. to be available. Adrian answered the phone and refused to let us bring him in and refused to let us talk to a doctor. We had just been there for the same issue on the day before and the the doctor was familar with his injury and we wanted to bring him back as our dog was still in a lot of pain and the medication was not working. He also refused to let us talk to the doctor. So we went back to our old vet, Dundee Animal Hospital in Elgin, without even calling for an appointment and they told us that they could squeeze us in between appointments. Our dog is now out of pain and on his way to recovery.

Absolutely Terrible. Wish 0 stars was an option. Took dog in for a simple neuter and he came out butchered. Manager, who is not even a vet, was blaming my wife and I for a internal bleeding that the dog got post surgery. How the heck am I responsible for bleeding inside of my dogs scrotum? My dog was always watched post operation, leash walked to the bathroom, confined to 2 room area, wore an E collar the whole time and this guy has the nerve to blame us for the dogs problems. Now they want me to pay for another surgery costing close to $1000 to fix their butcher job. Shameful. All they care about is money, nothing else. Do not trust this place. Worth paying extra somewhere else at a professional vet clinic, not here.

We love Banfield! The staff is competent, capable and compassionate! They have shown my dog so much love, she cant wait to go and see her friends at Banfield! Its wonderful to have my dog THAT excited to go to the doctor! I know that they treat her really well if she loves going to visit them! Everyone I have interacted with over the last 2 years has been incredible. They have always gone above and beyond and its been a blessing to have such a great partner in pet care. Dr. Boland is incredible! Definitely recommend to everyone I know without hesitation.
