Dr Chow is very knowledgeable and has treated my pre-cancerous scalp issues successfully. I have gone to him for several years. However, I have had to endure the worst and non- professional office staff and phone personnel I have ever met. I just changed dermatologist because of this. Im a bit sad that his office staff is influencing my decision, but that is the truth of it.

Saved my neck & throat by identifying a melanoma that all my other docs just passed over for years. He identified it and biopsied "in time" so I only lost a birthmark and some skin. Friendly and personable as well. How can you give more credit to this highly competent professional?

They call you to give results back and get the wrong person and they are VERY rude if you ask who is calling(THEY SHOULDNT CALL from a BLOCKED number)!!!!!!!! The Dr himself, is very good and knows exactly what he is doing. But the receptionists and nurses are VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!!!

The actual doctor chow is very professional. I would chose him over all other dermatologists! I have tried two others and was not impressed. Very nice kind and helpful. Make sure u get dr chow instead of the woman doc there

My husband loves him. He had the most painful plantar warts on the bottom of his feet, even surgery didnt work. Going to Dr Chow was his great relief. My husband is forever grateful. He also likes him as a person.

Thoroughly satisfied with Dr. Chow. Until I moved to Texas, I didnt realize how good I had it! I thought all dermatologists were as great and caring and effective at their jobs!

Dr. Chow is great at explaining and answering questions. Overall, a great doctor. His receptionists, on the other hand, suck at answering the bloody telephone.
