They are always friendly, courteous, and above all else helpful. Taking care of my eyes has been a priority for me for some time and with working construction, they know what type of lens I should have and also the frame for the most durability. They have lost a customer for life. Went on 9/1/14 with my Son. They said 5 to 7 days to receive glasses. I kept calling and getting excuses. Finally on 9/23/14 late in the afternoon, we received our glasses. Im sorry, but 22 days in my eyes is unacceptable.
