The customer service was the best I have received. Gregg, the GM personally helped me find the right pair of glasses. The selection there was not overwhelming, like at other places in which it felt I would spend an hour trying to find the right pair. Their selection is very fashionable, their prices very reasonable, their customer service, very personable. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone looking to get the perfect glasses. Also, MILITARY MEMBERS, they give a discount. Military Members with Tricare - they honor a 30% discount on everything. Basically it is as if Tricare actually paid for 30% off your glasses, not just the eye exam. Ive gone to many other places before and they never blinked an eye at anything in regards to Tricare not covering anything but the eye exam. Finally, the Dr. on staff is very friendly and answered all my questions effectively. Result - Customer for life.

I have ordered 5 pairs of glasses from them. I keep going back because they are convient and have my eye history. They get 1 star because 3 of my 5 glasses have arrived with lenses that were ordered wrong or made wrong. They also arent so good at billing multiple insurance companies. If they get their act together, I will rate them more than 1 star. It has been 2 weeks since I went to pick up my glasses that had the wrong lenses. I still dont have replacement lenses. They didnt even order replacements for 4 or 5 days. They ordered brown lenses instead of blue. I need blue because it helps with my migraines. 2 weeks of headaches thanks to this location.

Very good experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful, not only to me but to everyone who came in while I was there. Great quick service. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. They take an insurance and also shop around and price match. In the past I have ordered my contacts online. Pedro showed me the price for my contacts both from online and from Costco. MyEyeDr matched the lowest price. I got a great deal and great service.

My current eye doctor (where I will no longer be going) closed for a long holiday weekend without notice. I am leaving the country tomorrow for two weeks and needed to pick up my contacts (which I wasnt able to do due to their unannounced closure). MyEyeDr at this location really came through for me today. Great customer service, same day appt, and super friendly and helpful staff! Highly recommend and will be back.

Horrible. Managers con me into buying something I did not need and when I went back to return it, no one would help me. Even though I called and verified several times. Mangers and staff either ignore you or are overly aggressive. I am never going back.

5 weeks and Im wearing my glasses. The first one were made with a wrong description, so after I gave up trying to get used to it and fell down, they offered to make a new one. So thankful I didnt have to pay again.
