Came for safety glasses prescription payed by my employer. I had a prescription from my eye Dr so all I needed was to choose a frame and for them to take measurements. They told me theyll call me once they get the order back. I called after 3 weeks and was told they did not get the glasses yet from 3M (the manufacturer of the safety glasses). Waited another two weeks. Was told again to wait. This time I asked them to follow up and see if there was any problem. They just gave me 3M 1-1800 number and it seems so natural for them that I should be calling... I called 3M - the rep was very nice and tried to locate my order by my name, the store from where the order was faxed, the company I work for, etc. Guess what? My order was never faxed to them. GREAT CUSTOMER service ! Telling me to wait while they probably did not do their part. Waiting for them to find my order. I assure you that if this is how they treat customers - Im staying away.

Amazing selection of top designer frames (Prada, Gucci, Dior, Tom Ford etc.) I purchased a package via groupon. They were able to accommodate appointments quick. The eye exam was thorough, and educating, come to find out I really didnt even need a new script but it was the tweaking of my glasses that helped. The girl who helped me at the counter was EXCEPTIONALLY nice- great spot. Highly recommend, and huge free parking lot.
