I was disappointed in the service I received. I ordered glasses on December 7, 2016. I had not received the glasses by the end of the month. I called twice during that time to check on the status before I cancelled the glasses. It then took two calls to the office to have my credit card refunded. I will not recommend them to anyone in the future. I dont know if the association with "The Eye Doctor" has had an impact on the services but I do know I received much better service when they were Allegany Optical.

Well, I visited this location first and decided that I just didnt have a need for vision THAT bad. These people are the most rude, uncaring providers I have ever come across in all my years. Two months later, my wife had me at the Valley Mall location. WHAT a fiasco that turned out to be! Customer service was better but two pair of faulty glasses. Refused a refund. I wont be back.Obviously this company has issues all across the board.

Terrible!!!! I had an appointment today at 9 am. I had to find a baby sitter in the process of buying a home and moving. Got there the one woman remembered me calling but didnt have me on the schedule! Im having eye issues and now cant be seen! I will be contacting my lawyer if my eye gets worse!! Worst service ever I will never be back or bring my 4 children here!!!! I highly recommend you find somewhere else to go!!!!

I have had nothing but great experiences here. I have a 6 year old who we have been glasses from here for 3 years. Anytime he breaks them we bring them in without calling and they fix them right there on the spot. The staff is always courteous and nice. They even rushed my order of glasses without me asking because they knew my son was starting school and needed them bad. I will go back and would suggest them to anyone.
