The person that answers their phone is always very nice and helpful so I was initially really excited to switch to this place since my old optical place shut down. I was first going to try them out by getting my lenses put into some frames. I called that morning, was told it doesnt require an appointment, so I told them Id be there at 12:30 and left it as that. At 12:30 I got there to a full parking lot. Then I saw there was one spot labeled for the optical place only, so I parked there. Then some guy comes out, asks me my name, and says I have to move bc its for people with appointments (sign didnt specify that but whatever). You mean to tell me bc I didnt give the girl on the phone my first name, I cant park there? He then said "its for paying customers only" well, thats what I was planning on being...if you let me in the freakin door bc I definitely knew it wouldnt be free! He said to drive around to a garage, but it costs $$ and I had no cash on me, only plastic. Sooo I drove across the street to another place instead. I parked right up front, they swapped my lenses for me, and helped me make an appointment for an annual. I guess Ill just be a paying customer there instead from now on~

My family has been going to Dr. Hannah since she began her career in optometry. She has the highest degree of dedication and loyalty, and is one of the kindest women I know. She saved my vision from being completely wrecked when she started me on Ortho K at age nine. We have recently decided to transition to daily contacts, but her choice of starting Ortho K at age nine was genius. My prescription is now -2.50 and -3, but without Ortho K it could have been as bad as -9. Dr. Hannah is an absolute genius, and she is one of the few people in the world who not only love their job, but excel at it as well. For those people who experienced poor staff around a year ago: GO BACK. She now has the best staff members imaginable. They treat everyone like family and do their best to accommodate everyones needs. Dr. Hannah, thank you for opening your own business. I will forever be proud to call myself a permanent customer of yours!

What an amazing experience! I loved, loved, loved this place. The staff was great, starting from Terry and Adrian at the front. Terry gave me a ton of information on the phone which eased my trepidations before coming in - I knew I was in good hands! The office was beautiful (loved the espresso machine and kudos for your paper-saving efforts!), and the two doctors were just awesome. Dr Dori, who did my eye exam was thorough and professional, and before I left Dr Hannah even offered to make me another cup of espresso. (How kind and warm is that?!) :) As for Stewart, he was just.. wonderful (words cant describe..)! I really did feel like I was getting VIP treatment from him while still having my insurance accepted-what a treat! I am whole-heartedly switching over from the eye exam chain store next to my house (what was I thinking?!) to this gem of a place. :D

To start, the administrative assistants were so kind and welcoming. Dr. Hannah Yecheskel, the optometrist is warm and has such a pleasant sense professionalism about her. She makes you feel right at home. Thridly, Stuart, my optician was so attentive to making sure I was happy with my choice of frames and showcased himself as an expert technical practitioner. The main hall and gallery is polished and has a first-class boutique feel. I couldnt be happier with my eperience at Dr. Yecheskels practice and it shows me how true luxury comes from impeccable customer service.

I cant praise this practice highly enough. I have a difficult Rx and some specific issues that require monitoring. Dr Yecheskel is thorough in her examinations, clear in communications, and made me feel that I was in the hands of a caring and throughly knowledgable Doctor who treated me like family. Her referrals were also top notch. Office staff are well trained and take an active interest in the comfort and caring for patients.

It took almost 5 months, 4 eye exams, 4 different glasses and a total of 8 trips to finally get an updated prescription. Not to mention the time spent between between appointments wearing the wrong prescription hoping my eyes would "adjust". Staff is incredibly friendly and polite, but my lack of confidence in their ability to get things right the first time leaves me with no choice but to go elsewhere.

After many years of wearing glasses, I wanted very much to go back to contact lenses, but without also having to wear reading glasses. It was my desire to be fitted with bifocal contact lenses. It took a few fittings, but Dr. Yecheskel was very encouraging and patient during the whole process. I highly recommend All Eyes on Rockville.

They got my prescription wrong and were rude about it to me. Then they took forever to redo my glasses. There are tons of other place in Rockville for glasses, what is the point of going to this one anymore... Parking sucks btw
