Sept 2011 I had an exam and purchased new contacts and glasses. The prescription is correct and I like my contacts and glasses. However, the customer service is very uncaring and the doctor has an attitude. I was very well behaved, so I cant imagine where the attitude came from. I chose to reorder my contacts through an online provider. That provider attempted to confirm my prescription with Eye Image. I then received a voicemail from Eye Image saying they will not supply that info to online providers in the future unless I pay them an additional $75. I will not return to Eye Image.

In the many years I have used Eye Image, I have found the staff to be helpful and communicative. Crystal Lee is competent and professional, Boris who does fitting and tech stuff is experienced, super helpful and competent. Reception staff not so much. Frame selection is good but small. Repairs and emergencies have always been well handled.

Great selection of glasses. More important - great service from extremely knowledgeable optical staff. I needed prism lenses due to vision problems, and I got great personal service.

Eye Image is a great family owned business. We went to a big chain store was not happy with the service so we went back to Eye Image. Ask for Boris, I think his wife is the owner.

Its a small mom and pop style store with a somewhat small inventory but Ive found the customer service to be good. Plus, theres a great French bakery next door.
