I dont know how this place has such high reviews but Id like to think my experience is an outlier. Regardless, I feel compelled to warn the possibility of a lot of hassle going here. I never post reviews but this place really needs some work. I got a routine eye exam and the woman wanted me to try a prescription weaker from what Ive always had. I insisted I wasnt comfortable with that but she pressured me to try it out. I tried it out and sure enough I couldnt see or drive that weekend when I needed to go out of town. They just would not focus. So first thing I did the next week was go back and insist for my usual prescription. They ordered the boxes of contacts- and they ordered the incorrect prescription. This took two weeks to figure out. So I waited another 2 weeks for that to be corrected but it took 3 tries in total and endless calls to make sure this was in fact the right prescription for me. Who has time for that? Somehow this wasnt enough to deter me, so I gave them another shot 6 months later when I wanted a pair of glasses. The person helping was nice enough but very vocal about their opinions about what looks best on me. Not my preferred sales tactic but nevertheless I ended up getting a pair that I liked that looked like a mirror finish. I made it very clear that I liked the mirror finish when we were talking. The sales guy never thought to mention in different lighting they look jet black. So unless its really bright out they dont look like how I thought they looked when I ordered them. When I finally got my glasses and realized all of this, I dropped in to ask if this was perhaps the wrong color. Rather than be considerate of my concerns I was met with very rude and demeaning attitudes. This was clearly my ineptitude and they would gladly sell me another pair or restock these for an additional fee. Im sorry but when youre selling cheap frames that I could order online for considerably less, I dont prefer to deal with flamboyant or sarcastic attitudes. If the customer has a concern, it should always be acknowledged respectfully regardless of how "wrong" you think they are. Business 101.

I have been going to these guys for 3-4 years and they are awesome, never a wait, fast, friendly, professional, and convenient. In a world where the customer is rarely placed first, these folks seem to have it figured out. Kudos!

I can not say enough nice things about this staff! Do yourself a favorite...if you need an exam, do it here in a friendly environment. They treat you like an old friend. Customer service is my biggest pet peeve. They me over!

AWESOME CUSTOMER CARE. I bought some glasses from them in December. 4 months later defect developed in the lenses. They replaced them free of charge,no questions asked within 7 days.I was so happy!!
