My husband and I have used this clinic because its close and convenient for us but after the last two experiences we will travel farther to another clinic rather than go here. I wouldve given them a one star but rated it higher because the doctors are great. Its the staff that deserve the low rating because we feel they lack initiative and compassion. The last time my husband was there for coughing and fever we were in the waiting room with at least 5 patients in front of us and although that may not seem like a lot, it is when your not feeling well. An MA came out to waiting room to call back the next patient, picked up a patients chart and started carrying on a personal conversation with the front desk receptionist. Me, my husband and the rest of the patients in the waiting room were all watching and waiting for her to call the next patient back while the MA and receptionist were giggling and talking about something other than work. Then last week my husband called (right when they opened) and asked the front desk to send a message back to the doctor to call in the prescription she recommended the previous time he was seen. He asked the receptionist if they were busy and she said they didnt have any patients at the moment so the doctor should be able to call him right back. He didnt get a call back until the following day and was told by the MA returning his call that she just got his message and was shocked that it was the previous day he left the message. The doctors really are great so long as youre willing to put up with their staff to see them, youll be fine here.

The only reason I am even giving a one star review for this place is due to the compassion and great care I got from ONE team member during my visit to Benson Urgent Care. The Medical Assistant, I unfortunately did not catch her name, was completely wonderful and helped me through an extremely hard time I was having. The doctor I had unfortunately did not. Lynne Freeman is one of the worst physicians I have ever met. I have never had to deal with someone so inexperienced and inefficient in my life. I also come from an extensive background in various areas of the medical field and would never treat any of my patients the way I was treated that day. DO NOT recommend seeing her for ANY issue. She if anything made the experience extremely unpleasant and intensified my issues. I would rather seriously die than go back there, avoid this provider if you can or go to a facility that actually cares about their patients. They literally cannot do anything for you besides give you a band-aid and a paper bag. So terrible and "doctor freeman"s bedside manner was the worst I have ever seen. I will definitely never be back.

One of the worst doctors i have seen in my life. I took my 5 year old son here due to his cough. The doctor who attended him looks more like a punk in a doctors dress. He gave him stereorides and an inhaler just to get rid off the cough. I asked him if he could please prescribe some cough medicine and antibiotics because the cough is not going away for last 1 & half week. He said "oh no-no , i know how to fix it.... You know i am saying my man " .. Is this professionalism?? Anyways, We gave this medicine to our son, but nothing worked out. So i took him to the emergency at valley medical, renton and the first thing doctor asked me was " Why didnt the urgent care doc gave him a cough medicine?? I was like " I dont know " ... The emergency doc gave him a cough med and a antibiotics, within 24 hours he started getting better. Thanks to the Doctor .. I dont recommend anyone to go to the urgent care benson plaza location.

I walked into this facility and was attended with prompt and nice service. Within 10 min I was in a room talking to a physician. The xray tech, nurse and attending physician were very social, good bedside manner. The physician was very concerned about my familys exposure and gave me good recommendations. The physician included a memorable lecture on flu vaccination, symptoms, indications and treatment. Overall I was very satisfied. I called in for an end check up and the staff were very prompt in addressing my concerns. Thank you. I will make this urgent care my preferred service facility for medical needs.

Went in for an injured wrist and how to best rehabilitate it, and they pointed out the obvious that it wasnt broken, told me to ice it, and sent me on the way... Fast forward two weeks, injury pain levels still high. Went down the street to valley medical, where they told me one of the tendons is injured and should be cast to prevent further problems. In my opinion, the doctors there arent capable of much other than prescriptions, stitches and real injuries should be left to actual doctors. 280$ visit to point out the obvious. Save your money and use webmd, they dont offer much more for proper healthcare.

So there is one Doctor and one nurse so expect long waits. I was there a total for 3 hours start to finish because there was a man there that needed stitches. When I was finally seen I wasnt listened to so I was prescribed the wrong antibiotic. When I called back three days later becuase I was in pain again no one callled me back, so I called again the next day and they told me they were very busy and that I would just need to come in again, and that they couldnt call in a new anitbiotic because they are so busy. So, now I have to pay again and get new meds again. They are bad... try someone else.

Came in for sinus congestion, dizziness, etc. Typical sinus infection. Was seen in 30 mins, nurse was super nice and just the right kind of chatty, seconds after she walked out the door the doctor walked in, checked me out, got me an antibiotic and a nasal spray that completely fixed the congestion. Not looking forward to antibiotics but the service here was amazing. Everyone was nice, nobody was judgemental or rude. It didnt take very long at all, I was in and out within the hour. Would definitely come back and will recommend it to anyone who needs a quick doctors visit.

We had a great experience taking my 5 yr. old to urgent care. His normal ped. was on vacation and all the other staff was booked so they recommended that we go to urgent care to have him checked for asthma due to fever and congestion. I was worried about swine flu but the urgent care doctor said we are well past that time of the year. We were the only people there on a Friday at 11am. When we left there were about 2 or three other patients. I am not familiar with how long the waits usually are but we did not have to wait at all...except for filling out our paperwork.

I was able to go on line and see the wait time then make an appointment time. When I arrived I waited about 5 minutes in the waiting area and then I was called into the patient room. The nurse took my vitals and shortly I saw the PA. The PA explained everything to me and sent me on my way to get better. In the past at this clinic I will receive an email within 24 hours asking if I was able to get all the medication that was required. I am happy with the North Benson Clinic.
