I have had a very negative experience at this location and another location. I have had to return to this store over 8 times to try to get my glasses adjusted so that they were clear for me to see out of and the frames did not hurt my head. I picked up my glasses the last week of December 2105 and still do not have a pair of glasses that I am able to see clearly out of and dont hurt my head. The techs blamed the optometrist and the optometrist blamed the fitting technicians. I finally was told that the lenses were not cut evenly 4 days ago and was told they would be remade and would be ready in 2 days. I returned to the store today even though I had not received a call letting me know the glasses were ready only to be told that it would be 5 more days until they would be ready for pick up. This service is totally unacceptable.

HORRIBLE customer service. Why schedule an appointment time if you dont ask if you have an appointment? After standing in line behind 1 person for 10 minutes I finally get noticed. Appointment scheduled for 4:30--handed paperwork to fill out 4:45. 4:50 another customer leaves frustrated because there is no sense of urgency or awareness. 5:10 still no one has shown any interest in me as a customer beside handing me paperwork. Walked to counter and retrieved paperwork, which was still sitting on counter (ignored), crumpled up paperwork and left the store. I understand being busy and maybe understaffed--but no effort was made to relay anything to me. I WILL NEVER go back to this location. I gave 1 star because they were actually open during their posted business hours.

We went in for a 3:00 pm appointment, and did not get seen until 4:30. The ladies working at the front desk seemed very uninterested in our issues, and were not very mind to us. Once I was finally seen by the doctor, he DIAGNOSED ME INCORRECTLY. We returned the next week for a re-evaluation of my eye and he told me that it was MY FAULT that I was mis diagnosed. Terrible service and unhelpful staff. Make sure to set aside 2 hours+ out of your day if you plan on visiting.

Our experiences at vision works have been nothing but wonderful! They are always more than quick to help and friendly! Our exams were booked quickly and once we arrived we were seen within no time! They even gave me an extra pair of readers at no cost! Also my daughter broke her arm off of her glasses and they fixed them free of charge!! :) I would definitely recommend going here! I know we will continue doing business with them! Wonderful service! Friendly people!

Some staff are really nice some just are a tad bit rude. Dr. Joshua Jenkins was really enthusiastic about what he was doing and it makes you feel good. It took three hours to get out 10 min for pre- exam 20 for exam 30 for contacts. 5 min. Glasses the rest was paperwork and lots of waiting. Overall good service! But could use a few improvements. I will definitely be returning.

I had a pleasant experience using this optometrist. I really like the lady that did the first portion of my exam. She was really friendly and make me feel comfortable. The gentleman that did my glasses fitting was very knowledgeable and friendly. I didnt feel rushed or pressured into making my purchase.

Terrible experience. I asked the receptionist some questions then she answered the phone and ignored me. The other lady then told me the prices. I asked her to hold some frames for a couple days. She refused and them told me the prices were going to triple in three days. This place is BS.

DO NOT GO HERE. I received terrible service. They got my prescription wrong at the counter and then couldnt tell me how much my contacts were per box or what the insurance covered. I am now having to go somewhere else because I am having terrible eye pain.

I will never go back. I ordered a 1 year supply of contact lenses. I guess I should have specified that I wanted a 1 year supply for both left and right eyes. Who orders 1 year for the left and 6 months for the right? REALLY?!?!? Go somewhere else!

There service was horrible I had to go back 4times and switch glasses to finely get a pair of glasses that were satisfactory to wear after two months of waiting and my husband had to go back 3 times
