Dr. Garrett and his staff are great. I have used their services for almost 4 years. They offer a very thorough and affordable high-tech eye exam. Not only do they have multiple varieties of regular contact lenses, they offer several mid and high-end varieties that you try for free until you find the perfect brand of lenses for your eyes. Dr. Garrett is great. His staff (office manager) verbally attacked us with the worst display of unprofessional hateful attitude screaming and making a scene in the lobby in front of other clients when we refused their add on profit center services. How embarrassing it was. We wont go back.

Dont expect them to file your insurance correctly for you. If there is a problem they will not notify you until a year or two later when its too late to fix and expect you to pay the full balance immediately when you would have had copays.
