I wish I could give more than a 5 star rating... Schaeffer Eye Center in Trussville, AL is the BEST bar none! The ladies in this office are fantastic. The Doctors are phenomenal. Every staff member is always polite, and the place always clean. I have a 5 year old, he is hyper active, and borderline Autistic. He was not yet able to identify letters properly, but he could do shapes. The nurse, Katelin, who was working with him took her time and found a chart, and walked him through the steps. He never cried, he never fussed, and he told me later he loved eye exam.

Went in to get my first contact lense fitting done! The Dr was super nice and interactive. The assistant was quite pleasant and explain all my cost options with my insurance. Whole process took just over an hour and I walked out glasses free! My husband has been going here for awhile now and I doubly recommend them to anyone (and those like me who are nerved by eye doctors!)

I went for my first eye exam ever yesterday and had the BEST time. Dawn, who I think *?* is the office manager, took so much time helping me find the perfect frames-it was a blast and she was genuinely interested in helping me find something Id love. (And I did-SUCCESS!) The Dr. and assistant were both great. SUCH a positive experience and so glad I chose to go with them.

Went in for a emergency and had never been there before. They we are great, sweet and to the point. The only thing with out having a appointment the wait was a little long. The doctor was great and to the point and very helpful.

Amazing costumer service. This lady I think was her name was Dawn, was patient with the whole family and made our experience a real treat! I will always go to her for the rest of my life. She is that awesome.
