I switched to Yalesville when I adopted my new puppy last year because they came highly recommended by several friends. Paid $75 for "free" shots for life then realized that the covered shots were only a few dollars so $75 would most likely be more than paying per shot. The next visit I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to be seen because the secretary forgot to mark that I had arrived in the computer. Then they gave me weight based medication based on an outdated weight for my pup, I didnt realize this until I got home and went to dose him thankfully I read the entire panthlet before I gave it to him. The final straw was when I had discussed with the Doctor that because we were getting his required shot free for life I would like to pay for all other vaccinations available. Several months later I went to enroll him in a doggie daycare that requires k9 influenza vaccinations but the paperwork faxed over didnt show that he had been given a flu shot. Both the girl who answered the phone and the manager on duty when a called were rude and unapologetic. They promised another manager would call me then next day to make it right but that was 3 days ago now. Never Again!

I have been a loyal customer since 2008. This is the best vet for your pets, the stuff is very nice and helpful they are open late and on weekends!!. I been taking my dog here for all his vaccines and routine checks. I recommend Dr. Kostolitz he has been seen my dog "CMOS" since he was a puppy. Im happy to say that this will continue to be my vet of choice for many years to come... :)

Just called for the very first time to see how much all the important shots that a 2yr dog would need and the woman that answered the phone had no idea what i was saying!!!!! Really?!?!? You work at a veterinary hospital and you do not know what the important shots are?!?! Rabies and Distemper shots are usaully really important for dogs to have and she had no clue

I highly recommend Dr. Lisa Saravis I always feel like she has my dogs best interest at heart, and that is what keeps me going to the Yalesville Vet.

I have worked with Yalesville Vet for over 10 years. They have always been wonderful to me and my pets. I have gone through many routine checks as well as surgeries. They always take the time to ask questions an listen to my feedback. I never feel rushed out of the appointment. If its your first time there ask for Dr. Lisa Saravis shes wonderful!!!

I have been coming here on and off for the last 15 years and 5 or so dogs. The doctors are caring and their end of life service is excellent. They are not inexpensive though and its important to be aware of that. But this is a case of getting what you pay for, definitely.
